I can hardly believe it's September already - where has the year gone?

Regardless, it's the 10th, and we all know that means our monthly Kit from Elle's Studio is now available! Yay!

Time for some inspiration, here's what I've crafted with these lovelies so far....

I don't document my own stories very often, but I have so much to be thankful for that I couldn't resist creating this page! I am so truly blessed!

Elle's Studio Supplies: September 2021 Kit, Banner Stickers, Wood Veneer Leaves, Thankful 6 x 8.5 inch Paper Stack, Home Sewn Stitches Stamp, Thankful Stamp & Red Jane Alphabet Stickers.

Other supplies: Altenew Red Cosmos Pigment Ink Bundle, Altenew Permanent Black Crisp Dye Ink, & Enamel Dots.

Here's what Altenew shared about this fabulous new Build-A-Flower bloom,

"If you're a lover of wild roses, this set will hit the mark! This stamp set features a beautiful wild rose with cupped semidouble flowers. The flower image includes an outline layer and three coloring layers for the petals and the stamens. There is also has a branch bearing five leaves with an outline layer and three coloring layers. Eight uplifting sentiments and a couple of mini flower clusters finish off the set."

Let's take a better look...

The Build-A-Flower Wild Roses look so pretty in the Glacier Caves blue inks! And combined with that soft gray floral pattern paper, well, let's just say it was a perfect match to my sweet boy's photograph!

'I am your biggest fan' - what a terrific sentiment stamp!

Those layered Wild Roses are definitely the show stoppers though! Just exquisite!

Gasp! So pretty in pink!

Altenew Supplies Featured: Paint-A-Flower: Clematis Josephine Outline Stamp Set, Wildflower Scrapbook Collection, Cherry Blossom Crisp Dye Mini Ink Cube Set, & Crafter's Essential Bone Folder.

These flowers are so incredibly detailed that I wanted to focus on their beautiful outline.

I stamped the Clematis Josephine with a mix of Razzleberry & Rubellite inks onto that pretty pink paper from the Wildflower Scrapbook Collection. I repeated this process and created a second set of stamped florals which I fussy cut and layered over the original images. I ran my stamped sentiment ( also from the Paint-A-Flower: Clematis Josephine Outline Stamp Set) through the center of my card and added a few tiny gems for finishing touches.

Simple, but SO beautiful!
