Well a major bit of news that completely slipped my mind was that I'm engaged! I've actually been engaged since october but thanks to my illness I never got round to posting anything about it at the time :)
I don't have a picture of the ring (yet.. my phone is still missing!) but this one was taken just after Mr S proposed :) We were on holiday in Rhodes and were pretty drunk by this point!
It's all terribly sweet but being the determined lady I am I did pick the ring and a deadline ;) The thing is the main part of being engaged I wanted to enjoy is just that, being engaged! Iwas never one of those girls who dreamed about her wedding when she grew up, infact I've never given it any thought at all! (I just wanted us to call eachother fiance :D )
As the past few months have gone by I still haven't been able to get my head into it, I just feel like we're still both 16 and not grownup enough to get married! But I'm starting to wake up and smell the coffee and decided I'd indulge in my first spot of finding wedding inspiration, so I thought I'd share my findings with you ladies :)
The first thing I was sure of was that I wanted the colours to be my favourite colours, pink and blue :) I thought this picture was so pretty , and I loved the top left table decorations :)
I think the colours look lovely together :D
And I would be able to use my favourite flowers, peonies, hydrangeas, roses and possibly even hyacinths :)
So far this is about as far as I've gotten!
I'd love to hear all about your ideal wedding plans :) I could certainly do with some inspiration!

Pretty ways to spend my pennies!
Hey ladies :) I've been meaning to post about some of the goodies I've found on here for about a week now but sadly I have misplaced my phone somewhere in my house so I can't pull the extra pictures off! So I'm just going to have to do without them for now :)
I found this the other day as I was walking around BHS and fell in love!! I've just had a look on the BHS website and I can't find this beauty on there! Which means I might just have to run out tomorrow and see if there's still some left ;)
This very very pretty mixing bowl by mason cash was an absolute bargain in boyes! I brought it for £9.99 which I think is a steal :D the colour is sooo pretty and I'd have no difficulty in mixing up the biggest amount of batter in here!
I also found some super super cute hello kitty mugs in poundland :D there were 4 different designs so naturally I brought one of each ;)
Sadly this is where I am missing my phone as I can't show you the designs! But I will be sure to once it turns up!
On the hello kitty theme I also have to show you something awsome....
I have been druling over this jacket on ebay for weeks now and after quite a few private messages between me and the seller I managed to get them to reduce the price enough for me to buy :D At the minute it is still across the pond in the USA but as soon as it gets here I will be showing it off everywhere I can :D
There are a couple of gorgeous bargain finds I've discovered in the past week but these will have to wait until I find my phone again!

pandamonium
Well a couple of years ago I used to have great fun flicking through etsy and sharing my finds with you lovely ladies :) and in a night of bordom I have decided to make another compilation of some wonderful goodies.
The theme if you hadn't guessed is PANDAS!
The first is by jimbobart and is just the most adorable plate in the world, As soon as next payday comes around this will be mine :D This guy is super talented and I highly recommend looking through his other ceramics!
Secondly is a pair of oh-so-cute retro panda's. I've actually just purchased these from trudy10 as I have been eyeing these up for months! :D there's lots of other beautiful items in trudy's shop and is definately worth a look :)
Third is the sweetest mini bear ever :) made by knittingdreams. There are so many different mini bears in her shop and I just wish I had them all!
Finally there is an absolutely AWSOME panda geek scarf made by panduhmonium. This is my kind of shop as EVERYTHING is panda themed :D I just love the glasses on this scarf!
I hope you all liked my panda-picks :)

Hello lovely ladies! I have a favour to ask of you all :)
I have entered a really simple little competition to win a selection of prizes, all I need to do is to introduce other people to this lovely website.
Some of you may have heard of the Magic Freebie's site. Personally I'm addicted! They upload links to sites that are giving away goodies for free every day!
All I need you wonderful ladies to do is to click here and then click get started.
I go on this website every day and so far have enjoyed free samples of tea bags, makeup and all manner of other goodies!
Each person I refer gives me 1 entry to the prize draw so the more of you that follow my link and get started the better :D
Thanks ladies and don't forget, The best things in life are free!!
