Mod Squad Challenge

I have been patiently waiting for this new Challenge Blog to have their first challenge it's call Mod Squad Challenge Blog sounds like real fun so I wanted to play along.

The first Challenge is to pick three of Cat's favorite things she likes to use on her cards so for my card I picked Kraft,Ribbon and a Button which are my favorite things as well!! The pattern paper is from Crate paper and the stamp is a Gina K stamp Celebrate In Style I love dress forms!!

I had a little time this morning to make some cards using some fabulous Gina K stamps!!

 This first card uses the all occasions tags 2 set.

Second card uses a sweet set called lighthearted wishes.

The pattern paper is from American crafts.

Happy Saturday I am here to share a card using Nina's stamp set called Nana's Needlework. I am loving this doily and it is just amazing embossed with black the detail is so clear and it's just a beautiful stamp!!! I used an SRM sticker along my scallop edge on the bottom there it's a little hard to see. The DP is the new Thrift Shop from October Afternoon perfect for all those new sewing stamps that have been coming out lately including this beautiful set from Nina!!! I am making it short and sweet today have a great weekend!!!

Nana's Needlework

I am here today to show another card Using Nina's Fabulous Nana's Needlework. I know I will say it a hundred times that I adore this set is such a beautiful set!!! I had a little fun with this card using Material Girl from Cosmo Cricket which is perfect for this set!! I thought that it would be fun to paper piece although it was a little hard to do I love how it turned out. I also used a stick that I cut down for the hanger of the quilt. Just some fun touches.

I have a couple cards to share using Gina K again I just love the way these stamp so crisp and clear. First card I did a little heat embossing with white and I just love how it came out so perfect and I love the nook and pantry collection from Basic Grey with this stamp set. The second card I also heat embossed the birdcage I think I just found something new that I love to do. This Kaiser Craft paper is just gorgeous I love the colors and patterns so soft and beautiful. Paper Maniac has a few of these Kaiser Craft collections. That's it for me today it's rainy and cold perfect day for more crafting. Some More Gina K Creations

I have a couple more Gina K cards to share today the first card uses Lovely shelf I love this set

it is just so elegant and beautiful I thought the coffee pot and thought it would go good with Basic Greys Nook and Pantry I paper pieced the coffee pot love this technique one of my favs. The second is for the Card Patterns Challenge this week for their one year celebration and I used the set call Inside and Out I also used some Kaiser Craft Dp love the colors and patterns in this paper pad. TFL!!!

For My Lovely Grandma

I made this card for my Grandmother who has been sick in the hospital and it breaks my heart right now that I cannot be by her side. It has been to long since I have seen her and I really hope that I can make the trip to see her real soon. I have been wanting this stamp set for quit some time it's from Gina K one of Nina's sets and it's called Lovely Shelf . I just love the images and sentiments in this set. I paper pieced the vase and added the diecut flowers from K and Company the Dp is also from K and Company.
