Sentimental Journey

When we first mentioned that we had made arrangements for Aire Ruby to land at Falcon Field, we also posted some information about a dance that they were holding out there about a month and a half after the snooper bowl. The response was tremendous....so we decided to have our very own "Sentimental Journey" after our Saturday night dinner pawty.

Many of our lovely ladies and handsome gents decided to dress in the fashions appropriate to the era, and we all enjoyed getting a glimpse of the way our great-granddogs danced and enjoyed themselves. We had my Unca Steve bring the Big Band all the way down from Montana, and had Gpapaw and his lady friend come and give us lessons in the fox trot.
