FOUR GENERATIONS

We were able to get a "four generation" picture, Thanksgiving.  From left to right,  daughter Michel, Grandpa, Grandma, Nathaniel, Marc, Daniel, Amanda, Michael (Michel's husband)

This was the first time I got to actually see Nathaniel and love on him.  He's 4 months and just the sweetest and healthiest baby.

The Fall decorations are down, and I'm in the process of getting Christmas up.  I'm not so fast as I used to be and that's OK. Taking my time and not doing as much.

The persimmons finally ripened and I was able to make a batch of Persimmons cookies.  They are so good, almost like cake.  Added some walnuts and white chocolate chips.

Trusting you all had a blessed Thanksgiving, and looking forward to seeing all your Christmas decorations.

  5. those generation pictures are wonderful to have. Glad you were able to get this for your family. Our newest one is about 4 months old as well...Your cookies look so good...never had a persimmon cookie before, but I know that persimmons can be sweet when they ripen, so I know these are so good.

  7. Like everyone else I adore the picture of you and Nathaniel. That should be framed. My fall decorations are coming down slowly also. Almost done and slowly Christmas is going up. I'm not as young as I once was and it takes time for me to get things done.
