Fajitas

Cook in the skillet. duh. add cheese, sour cream, salsa, etc.

Easy to make when you didn't thaw anything else. The meat was really good- but the veggies were sparse- we added more onion and could have used a green pepper to go with the orange and yellow. Rob even said the WHEAT tortillas were good (we toasted them of course)

we loved this one last night. when i got home from our cook a thon, i added a green onion to the mix and it was just the right amount of food for out little family. we would love this one again.

I thought this was easy to make, but I didn't really love it. It was just okay.
