BedTime Stories
I thought this was so cute, I had to show you. Averi loves it when her Daddy tells her bedtime stories. We went and saw the movie "Bedtime Stories" last week and loved it. I don't know how Garrett thinks up all of his crazy tales, the funny thing is, the next morning when she wakes, she will re-tell me EXACTLY what he told her the night before! I have to say "G" -Some are PRETTY GOOD!

The Doll House
Here's the story behind the Doll House. When I was little, Santa gave me a doll house too-one VERY similar to the one Averi received. My dad added the new roof and patched up the exterior. Garrett added the flooring and paint, and I the wall paper. It was a lot of work- but well worth it. She LOVES playing with it. Oh-to be little again!, Thanks Dad and Garrett for all your hard work! It turned out so CUTE!

Christmas Morning
Merry Christmas! Merry Christmas! Merry Christmas!
What a FUN and EXCITING time! I love seeing Averi's face light up when she enters the room and sees the presents beneath the tree. I love to watch her turn around and try to take it all in!
This year, Averi asked Santa for a Barbie Doll House and a Pee Pee Doll. It was funny because the first present that she opened was a game from Santa. She said "I didn't ask for this, I only asked for a doll house and a pee pee doll". We had to explain that sometimes Santa brings other things too. (Note to self- stick to the list-) Santa was so good to us all, we all were so surprised!

The Night Before Christmas
I can't believe it has come and gone already! It is already January 2nd, 2009 -UNBELIEVABLE!
Our Christmas Eve was GREAT. I had to work during the day and was home by 8:00 at night (could have been A LOT worse). Garrett and Averi did a little visiting, shopping, cleaning and cooking while I was away. Averi and I baked the sugar cookies the night before and was suppose to frost and decorate them with Daddy while mommy was working. Daddy sat the frosting and sprinkles in front of her, and boy did she go to town! She did a GREAT job and did it ALL by her self! She was so excited to show me when I got home, and she made a special one just for me!
Here we are opening up our Christmas Eve Basket. Averi was so excited to see what was inside. This year we found some adorable Hot Coco Mugs, beautiful Christmas Books, Christmas beading activities and the CUTEST slippers I had ever seen. She also opened up some new Princess PJ's. She looked so darn cute! For the record, Garrett did her hair today! Great JOB SWEETIE! He knows I like bows, curls and loops!
