Here is an update on my latest piece. She is hand sculpted out of polymer clay. She should be done in a week or so if all goes well.

New Glass Like OOAK Realistic Handmade Eyes!

 I have worked so many hours on these eyes to get them to look as real as possible. I am finally pleased with the outcome.

It's time...

It is now time I start working harder this year. My youngest of 4 children is now 3 years old. He seems more independent and I feel I can get back to work. Life since I have started sculpting, was in fact hectic. I had a new baby every 2 1/2 - 3 years which made me unable to sculpt or create much of anything for that matter. I would never change a thing though. My children are my number one and I can not imagine a better life. Sculpting or anything artistic would have been a bonus. I have accomplished a lot in my many years of art and plan to do more so now that my children are older. I just hope the fans I have had are still around and eager to see and reply to what I have to offer visually and for sale this year. I love you guys <3 p="">

He still needs to be sanded and please note I was not trying to sculpt him to look exactly like the picture. I formed a smaller nose and larger lips :)

Here is my newest joy.. I really love making this. This is sculpted <3 and far from done!!! I still have to add paint, detail, and many other foresty things <3 This base is for my newest sculpture in my previous post.

Ooak Fairy

Ok it seems she has gone more peacock then anticipated.. I am hoping to add some to her costuming and hair. Let me know what you think! ?

Ooak fairy, elf, elvaan... I am working on

The reason why I wrote my post title this way is because I am still undecided as to which way I really want to go with her.. I do though love the concept of a passionate love afair between a fairy and an elvaan and the outcome is this beautiful little piece. The idea sprung from a very good friend of mine.

Her painting is done I think! Next her costume, wings, wigging :) and whatever else I decide.
