Toni Braxton Files For Bankrupcy Again

Despite having to file for bankruptcy back in 1998, Toni Braxton has recenly filed for bankrupcy again:

Braxton -- who sold more than 40 million albums in her career -- just filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in California ... and in the docs, the singer claims she's only worth somewhere between $1 mil and $10 mil ... but she could have up to $50 mil in debts.

In the docs, 43-year-old Braxton lists a ton of creditors to whom she thinks she may owe money... including:

Braxton also claims she may owe money to the City of L.A. Parking Violations Bureau -- and the DMV in both California and Nevada. earlier this year, the IRS filed a lien against her for $396k.

Mario Arrested After Assaulting His Mother

According to Baltimore Sun, R&B singer Mario, was arrested early Friday after she told police that he struck her and destroyed their Fells Point apartment.The 24-year-old, whose full name is Mario Dewar Barrett, was charged with one count of second-degree assault and released after posting $50,000 bond.

An attorney representing the singer called the arrest "an unfortunate incident between a loving son and a mother who continues to struggle with a devastating addiction."

Police were called to the 900 block of Fell St. at about 12:50 a.m. and met his mother, Shawntia Hardaway, in the lobby. She was crying and told the officers that he was destroying property in the apartment they share and had pushed her, causing "minor pain," according to a police report.

When police went up to the apartment, they found a broken china cabinet and glass strewn across the floor, records show. A mirror was broken, and there was a hole in a closet door.

Hardaway told the officers that it was the second time her son had put his hands on her in recent days - on Sept. 27, she said, they got into an argument in which he pushed her "eight feet into a living room wall, where Ms. Hardaway hit her head on the wall," police wrote in charging documents.

"When this officer asked the victim if she fears for her life in reference to her son's actions, the victim replied 'yes'," the officer wrote.

This is the Twitter page of the woman who is speaking out against Pleasure P. Why is she speaking? Because apparently Pleasure P is very behind on his lawyer bills.

Though Pretty Ricky hasn’t come out with any details about Pleasure P being a child molester, they’ve now confirmed that they kicked him out of the group and that he did not leave on his own, as many had originally thought.

NEW Britney Promo's are FAKE//Info on New Album & Single

A couple of promo shots have been making their way around the net, claiming to be promotional pictures for Britneys upcoming album "Circus". They are actually fake & FAN MADE. They are retouched promo shots, from Tyra Banks ANTM Cycle 10. I must agree its a good look for britney and should be considered.

The premiere of her new single "Womanizer" has now been pushed back to next week Monday - Sept 29th.

Radio stations were supposed to start playing Britney Spears’ new single “Womanizer” on Monday. But instead the pop star’s record label pushed back the release by a week.

The last minute delay comes after a 37-second segment of “Womanizer” was leaked and played on the Web site of a Nashville, Tennessee, radio station on Friday. The leak had a short life that day, as Spears’ record label, Zomba Label Group/Jive Records, told the station to take the song off its site.

The single is off Spears’ album “Circus,” which is scheduled to be released on the pop star’s 27th birthday on Dec. 2.

I hope the song is worth all this hype!
