(After So Long)
Friday, August 24, 2012, 2:04 AM
I have actually long forgotten about this page/blog that I have created. Basically, there is nothing much that I can write about now, not that I have nothing to share.. but it is just becoming a bit weird to write about all kinds of things that I want to convey on this social media. HAHAHA.
Anyway,
现在的我已经走入了大学生涯,在我的前方就是未来。Good times are short. But it is really wonderful about things that have happened throughout the 21 years of my life.
THANK GOD FOR EVERYTHING! :)

A month has passed since the last entry was being posted. haha. I've become so lazy now. I've found a photo that we took during Secondary 4 in my friend's Facebook. That's so amazing! :D It's like a pleasant surprise to see my class photo again. 1 year has passed so quickly and I was reminded of the Time Capsule that we are going to open in year 2017/2018 (I don't remember when is it already).
Now, in no more than 7 months, I'm going to take 'A' Level Examination. I remember how Mrs Oh and Miss Prema helped us so much for our 'O' Level; I remember how BMSS helped us in many ways. I really miss the times in Secondary School - especially with my friends. Actually, come to think of it, I didn't make a lot of close friends in Sec 4B, but I love how unique my class was with all these people. :D
I'm sure I've mentioned before but here's a reflection for the year I've been through in JJC. From the beginning of year 2008 till now, I really met and know a lot of people from different schs. It has definitely broaden my social circle and if some of you didn't know, BMSS had only around 700 plus people from Sec1 to Sec 5 in my year of graduation. But there are at least 40 people in a class in BMSS. Now in 08S18 in JJ, there are only 23 people including myself. It is so big yet so small. haha.
I pray that God will make me feel contented with what I've around me though it is not perfect and sometimes heart-wrenching. I pray that God will make me useful and be a good testimony to other people.
Sorry to mention but I really hate how you've been treating me but I would like to share this bible phrase.
And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily as to the Lord, and not unto men. May God bless you~

Peck Si, I found happiness in talking to you on phone again! :D You've brighten up my life that day! haha. I sound weird, doesn't it? :) Anyway, it's been a long long long time since I talk and meet up with primary and secondary school friends. I miss all of you! :D

Oh well, this is the first two words I could think of right now. Coping with the lectures, homework and even CCA stuffs can really make me feel very tired. BUT it is really comforting for me to have Sunday to worship the Lord. I can pray to Him and seek for His guidance. Anyway, how I wish we could step down from our positions and let the J1 ventures on.
Btw, about my birthday celebration, I went to meet with Jaya and Ying Ying. Supposedly, we are going to ECP, however, with the intention of having a surprise, they actually decided to go to Orchard then to Botanic Garden. Well, plans do fail sometimes and we really did nothing at all. But don't worry girls, the companion is enough for me to remember for the rest of my life. :) Thanks.
I just realised how birthday is not so special to me.

Nothing much to post about me right now, cannot think of anything to type. I suddenly thought of how envy I was when my sister went to all the countries that I've been hoping to go to.. till now I finally know the actual feeling of taking the plane. :D Remember that God has a purpose to create you on Earth. Believe in Him and be the light of the world. :)

Azureen, me and Ying Ying. Azureen is one of the friends I've made during Germany trip. :)

Enhui, me and Yiqi. Enhui and I know each other in our CCA, but seriously I didn't chat with her before until this trip. I've seen Yiqi several times in school but I have never really talk to her until I know her from this trip as well. :)
As I went around browsing through my friends' blog entries, I realised many of them made a reflection on the year 2008. Well, for me.. I'm glad that I have entered into a JC and not a poly, basically due to the reason that I prefer JC life right now. JJ has really opened my heart to the big big world outside. From the fascinating orientation camp and other camp events that I've involved in to my CCA, projects and even the overseas trip. Maybe I should say that as we grow up, more things are getting into our way. Live a fulfilling life with God, loved ones, close friends and even people whom you first acquainted with is what we should seek for. HAPPY NEW YEAR, everyone. THANK YOU for being invovled in a part of my life. :D

Well well.. after I came back from church retreat, I don't seem to be studying or doing my homework. Many programmes are organised at this very end of the year. Mum just had her Cataract Operation yesterday and she is recovering very quickly. I have to accompany her all the way from the start of the Op till now.. going back for reviews. Going for reviews with her is fine, at least we go early in the morning and reach home before noon. But I won't have the whole day to go to library and do my work now. Well, you can say I'm lazy but I need one full day to really sit down and do my work and revision. 16 days left - school reopens. Tell me how much time I left to work on my studies. I've just attended the Youth Fellowship(YF) meeting for core members. We are going to volunteer ourselves to serve for the LORD and Church. Great plans ahead. :D May God help and guide us through the ministry. Friends, ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAYS!
(What do you know about FUTURE?)

- The importance of knowing the real Jesus.
- Jesus is God-Man.
- We have sinned and Jesus Christ died on the cross for us to save our lives.
- We must focus on Jesus.
- We must follow His steps and do the Father's Will.
- We go through sufferings and Father leads us to Heaven.
- God gives us peace as a compass to guide us every step of the way.
- Love your enemies just like how Lord Jesus loves Judas who betrayed Him.
- To die is gain, to live is Christ.
- Jesus will come again.
Well, these are some points that I've learnt during the Church Camp. It is just for sharing. :D Some plans have been done.
- A surprise outing on a day which I cannot say now.
- Attend Church on the 25th Dec and meet my Sec Sch friends after service.

I'm heading towards Johor Bahru, Malaysia tomorrow. We are going to attend our church camp at Pulai Springs Resort, just like what we did last year. Anyway, MUST STUDY AFTER THIS TRIP. I've OG and class outings soon~ :D
(First and Second Day.)

On the first day of our arrival at Frankfurt, we went for sightseeing tour immediately after we board the private coach.

On the second day, we went to Rhine and Mosel Valleys where there are about 40 castles. :D

This is one of the castles in the sea. This is clearly taken, unlike the others which are mostly at the top of the hill.

I saw this really cute dog on the street after our lunch. This dog put on a winter wear! :D
The vehicles in Germany and Switzerland are on the left-hand side. Anyway, it is not only in these two countries.
We are at the top of the 'tower'. Li Xin, Kim Rui, Dong Hao, Ying Ying, Azureen and Quang.
Our last day at Swiss High School. Some cute guys took a picture with Hong Ling. :D I didn't take any, sort of regretted. haha. It's okay! Btw, they are around our age, 17 to 18 years old. They really look very mature. :D
It is really fascinating to see such an 'unique' lift. There is no 'door close' button!!! We are more relax in Germany. We must learn to stay calm and not to rush in Singapore. We tend to press the 'door close' button when we are in the lift. :D
I will continue posting and uploading all the pictures that I've taken in Germany and Switzerland. Along the way, I can share something nice, beautiful, fun and memorable to all of you. :D I REALLY MISS GERMANY!!!
