The image is called 'Sleeping Teddy' from Peachy Keen Stamps, I bought this stamp recently in a sale at my local craft shop and the papers are from October Afternoon and are called 'Ducks in a Row', a paper pad I've had for ages. I have coloured the image with Promarkers and added pearls and Stickles.
I have followed this sketch from Sketch n Stash Challenge...you could choose a sketch from their past sketch catalogue this week.
