I had Jodi's 3 plus my 2 plus Emma's friend. And I happy to announce, we not only survived, it was easy and fun!! OK - Jodi was only gone for about 2 hours. But still!!! Such sweeties. It was truly a joy.

Babysitting fun

Flower and love notes
Ross left each of his girls a bouquet and love note before he left for work on Valentine's Day. Such a sweet daddy and hubby.
A morning hunt
This year for Valentine's Day, I decided to let the girls hunt for their gifts. I put trails of candy hearts all over the house (some to dead ends) and the search began as soon as they woke up. I ordered custom M&M's with their names and pictures on them, so that was an extra treat!
Elena's 6th birthday
For the second year in a row, Elena and Gabe Sarno shared their birthday party. This year, it was at Discover Village in Gig Harbor. They made it really special by chalking their names on the wall. And of course Auntie Jodi made is super special with one of her AMAZING cakes. Thanks Jodes!! As you will see above, Elena (again!) decided to decapitate her cake topper. And that's my Elena. Totally out of the box. Totally unexpected. Totally perfect. I love this child more than words can say. She brings so much joy into our lives. So grateful God has blessed us with another year on planet Elena.

Sweet puking Elena
Elena is the queen of puke. She lasted at the daddy daughter dance for about 30 minutes then told daddy she wanted to go home. Apparently she ate too much junk because I woke up at 3AM to Elena at my bedside saying "Mommy, I don't feel very ... ugh." And then she puked all over me.
