The Chanel like complete is in Breslog

Few days back i was checking Breslog (the official Breslo blog) and i saw a lovely post about my Chanel like complete. I thank Eugenia from Bohemian Sin for making this happen :)

The lipstick red

This is a kaftan dress made out of high quality 100% cotton fabric. It has a deep V neck and is floor long dress. It has sequin embelishments, hand sewn individually.

The sexy one

This is a cotton jersey dress with dropped sleeve and ornaments on the shoulders. The ornaments are handmade, so you won't find two the same ! I find that this is a perfect dress for a night out in a beach club as it's light and not too much fancy, just perfect for a modern girl.

The Chanel like

Who doesn't love Chanel? Who cannot love the simple and chic way she dressed thousands of women? Well this complete is a tribute to the classic classy (:D) Chanel jacket. For completing the look i created a high waisted skirt in matching fabric. The fabric is 100% cotton, it has an interesting texture. The trim is totally handmade from yarn threads and from threads from the fabric, plus a silver metallic thread that is making it more glamorous.

The Swan Lake

The complete is made of 100% cotton fabric in an ivory color. The skirt is made with 4 ruffled tiers and the waistband is really unique, featuring a manual machine embroidery that can be find at the cuffs of the blouse too. The blouse is made from 6 panels where you will find the princess seam matching up with the total feminity of the skirt. The straight lines are overstitched and the rounded ones are not, thing that symbolise the two personalities of a woman: one is tough and thoughtfull and the other one is feminine and possessed by the emotions.

Scotland the brave

Recently I watched a movie about First World War scottish soldiers. Somehow I got inspired by the outfits they were wearing so i created this cozy cape with gold details. The chains are fully detachable so the cape can be worn only with the 6 gold/black buttons. It is double breasted, so the two rows of buttons are not just for ornamentation. I made a double Peter Pan collar. I forgot to say that the fabric is a cozy navy fleece !! But i can assure you this cape would look just stunning in woolen tartan or any other kind of tweed fabric.

The plain one

What can i say about this one? Everyone knows the tunic, and this is one made with 100% cotton fabric. It has round neckline and A-line shape both in the body and the sleeves. The fabric is a really special one, if you look closer you will see that it is changing color depending the lighting conditions. It can be redish...or greyish, because of the alternance of this two color threads in the weave of the fabric.

It's all about the details

The dress is made from a high quality embroidered cotton fabric. It is long sleeved and the detail is handmade, so you won't find two the same :) It can be worn with the obi like belt or without it, or with a belt of your choice. A power detail is the neckline darts also.

The street outfit

Hey, do you remember the pants? (click here) From the summer 2010 resort collection ;) The blouse is made out of 100% cotton fabric with silk thread embroidery. The pleated detail at the shoulder makes it versatile, it can be wear with an elegant skirt for the office or with jeans or pants for street wear.

The dress is a loose fit one with zipper closure at the back. The fabric is 100% cotton, embroidered with silk thread. The sleeves are cowled and puckered with elastic thread. The sequin detail is sewn by hand. Sequins are in a bronze color and dark green. This outfit will make you sparkle anywhere you are going.

The Lady Gaga inspired...

The dress is made out of 100% cotton jersey. This season at Ellywear it was all about the detailed sleeves. The dress it has cowled sleeves that emphasize the shoulders. The sequin detail makes it look like in Star Trek fashion show. Every sequin is hand sewn. Reminds me of "Bad romance"...

The stylish office look

The blouse is made of navy color natural silk with silver colored button detail at the bust and waist. In an way it makes a military look especially because of the mandarin colar. The skirt is in a pencil shape, it has zipper closure at the back and the detail at the waist is handmade. The fabric is 100% cotton. This outfit will make you get the attention on you in the office and it is recommended to professional women that have power, but they didn't forget their feminity.

Meet the tulip dress

This dress is made out of natural tweed fabric in an dark grey color. The skirt is cut in tulip pattern with 3 pleats on each side. The bodice has beautiful and feminine princess seams and the bib detail at the neck. The outfit is completed by the luxurious looking beige/golden cropped jacket with stovepipe collar. The jacket is made of cotton fabric and is lined with 100% cotton fabric in beige color.
