Pentru aluat:
250 g faina
180 g margarina
1 lingurita de sare
1 lingurita de zahar
1 galbenus
50 ml lapte cald
Pentru umplutura:
850 g cirese
100 g zahar
1 plic de vanilie
45 g gris
Pentru uns:
1 albus
Preparare:
Se amesteca faina cu margarina, galbenusul, sarea si zaharul si pe urma se adauga laptele. Se amesteca pana se obtine un aluat omogen. Se pune intr-un bol, se acopera cu folie de plastic si se pune la frigider pentru o ora.
