Family Letter 04/11/10

hey family how are yall doing.. so im doing well.

so First off hear is my new address Elder Nelson 3207 Stonebrook Dr. Sanford, FL 32773.. just tell everyone that address and all because that is my last address and we are not moving again so everyone can just send stuff to that address... but ya so the house looks so weird im kinda scared to come home because i don't know if it will feel like home.. but im sure it will with the 3 of you still there..

so about j we are actually kinda done teaching her she is now getting evicted and she is not happy and she just want to stop being taught for a while so that's really really sad but we respect and still love and pray for her.. .. so family that's missionary work for ya.. but we are still working with some people.. so that's nice..

but life is good im really doing well with everything i have enough clothes and enough everything i can not complain the lord is blessed me very very much... so about DJ i need his address i'll write him a email next week i promise.. just let me know what it is.. so ya..

Family Letter 03/14/10

Hola family.. how are you all doing.. so my room looks good i think its kinda crazy but thats ok i like it. well just have to see when i get home.. so the ward is great we had ward conferance yesterday and it was nice.. Jackie came and prayed before she came and said god is this were i need to be.. and the steak president said in his testimony and talk that I know this is were you need to be. and she started to cry. she received a easy answer to her easy question.. its amazing how god works like that.. its not complicated at all.. you pray and ask god something with a real intents and wow it will come in the littlest forms. so that was pretty cool. also we had 2 less actives there that we are working with so that was cool to....

oh also jackie set a baptism date for may 18th kinda a random day but well try to move it forward a little but well see. but shes still way excited...

so coming back to florida eh... well october would be a cool month.. how long would be be on the land before the cruise???? because i want to spend at least like 2 weeks in florida or somthing like that. i dont know i mean i can always come back with friends and see people. take a big raod trip and drive but well see.. i dont know a cruise would be cool but id like to have more people come then just the family.. but ya just ask around...

so thats funny about dad being over the activites for the ysa.. ha ha way funny.. dad still is like a 25 year old guy in a 60 year old body.. ha ha jk but both mom and dad you both act young wich is good your not lame your cool.. also thats so funny about classic. tell everyone i say hi there...

Family Letter 12/13/09

Hello family how are you all doing so im doing well. the weather has really come up so thats nice.. the ward is doing well. the people are great but they have lots of problems we are trying to help them in many ways. We had 2 investigators at church on sunday Frank H and Tara T. also the other elders in the ward had 1 so that was really cool to see them there..

so ya i got one package with like food and frosted flakes and all that was cool. and thats cool about thomas reading. he's a good guy.. and you need to get in touch with tj's family.. make sure tj is home and safe and get him to write me.. its crazy to think burrows is almost home i can't even imagine it.. so thats also very cool about DJ. i'm so excited for him he will have so much fun he is a very good guy..

so ya well life is good and all ya for christmas we are just making sure do to alot of service. i love the holiday season as a missionary. its alot of fun with the members and everything.. so ya..

well i love you all and thanks for all you do for me.. you're all so great to me and i'm grateful to have a family like you all.. May the Lord bless you in all you do.. May God watch over us as we strive to do what is right.. and May the Spirit of God Guide us through our lives...

Family Letter 12/06/09

hey family how are you all doing..

im doing very well life is good and it finally has cooled down alot hear in florida. its nice. so thats so cool about the wedding and great grandmas birthday im so happy for her. and for gramie..

i got djs email and i wrought him back he is so lucky to be so close to hope thats way cool for him.

so ya well i need a couple of things. 1 i need more stamps i forgot to ask last week and i dont have enough to send my memory card home ha ha sorry my bad.. and also i was still wondering about the sunglasses. if thats what yall want to get me for christmas then id like to buy them hear at the mall hear because it will be cheeper. but if not just let me know.

so ya this last week he had lots of rain it wasent to bad thought because we had the car and all but life is good and i cant complain to much.. sorry i dont have much to say this week. but i love you all and thanks for all you do for me.. your all such a big help in the lords work..

Family Letter 10/25/09 8 months left!

hey family how yall doing..

ok so first off ill start at the beginning. so my companion is from Blackfoot Idaho. his name is Luke Stander. he is 19 and he has been out for 5 months hes way cool and we get along very well..

the ward we are serving in is a very old ward in the last 7 years 75 people have died from old age. they did find us a apartment and it is on a golf course. and there are members in the same place who own 2000 acers behind the golf course so we might go golfing on pdays ya know maybe..,.

ok so i did the math and ill be home on June 30th that night that is a exact thing. and no you can not come here at the end unless dad becomes stake president. and yes i would love to come back a tour the mission with you all after that would be the bomb i think better then a cruise... you can save the cruise for my honey moon... ha ha jk lol.. there is so many people that i would want you all to meet and so many people that i would want to come back and see...

but ya so thats cool about aaraon and cassie. tell them congrats. and tahts cool about drew i hope he is doing well i got his last letter. and thats freaking crazy about burrows and about mr torres. ha ha and tell the munoz i say hi. we helped them pack everything on monday for out pday and im glad that claudio is feeling better. we were all worried for him.. make sure allen dosent take any of my things but he can look at my computer if he wants for the music...

so ya well dont forget my contancts i need them soon.. well family all is well so far this area is amazing and lots of hills (well for florida)..

Family Letter 10/18/09

hey family how are you all doing so im doing very

well. first off i want to ask of a couple of things.. so im down to 2 pairs of contacts the one that is in and the one in the box so ill be needing some more possibly. my eyes dont seem to have changed so just let me know if you can send me some.. also bro. munoz is very sick i heard and i just want to make sure he is doing ok. so please make sure he gets a blessing and is eating ok... his family (and especialy allen) is very worried. but they are coming on saturday there well they are leaving hear at 4 in the morning.. so they will be there soon im going over tonight to say goodbye.

ok so im getting transfered to Inverness FL, its in the Lacanto ward and its actually the same ward as elder sprague ha ha so ill be seing him again every sunday... ha ha. my new comp is Elder Stander. he has been out about 4 and a half months and we are both oppeing the area so im very excited.

also the weather hear right now is freakin freaking amazing. it was only in the 60's yesterday and its like that today its so nice i love it..

so family it was weird yesterday because elder adams and i were both leaving the ward so there was alot of goodbyes and it was just sad to let some of the people go. i have really grown to love the people here in the fort pierce ward.. i mean every has there crazys but i love them to ha ha..

Family Letter 10/11/09

hey family what is up how is everything going...

So that's true about conferance it was a great experience. and I was able to learn so much.. also yesterday we were able to hear from Elder Condie of the Quorm of the 70. He was very funny and very wise. He really taught us alot about missionary work... so that was a great experience and I was able to take lots of notes from that as well..oh and i also had lunch with him yesterday so that was cool...

so my birthday was great I opened your presents that morning and thanks for the cds and all the stuff you sent.. it was a good day we went to chillis for lunch and had a good time and that night we went to a memeber and they made me a birthday cake and elder adams a going aways cake so that was fun. its the s family they are less active but very good family. but other then that it was just another day in the mission. oh and tell every one thanks for the stuff they sent.

so thats a freaking crazy story about sister thompson i knew her and she also went to west jordan. thats so funny that you met her she was very nice..

so im very jealous of the weather its still so hot out hear. today we went to the beach for pday. it did get moved to tuesday this week. so thats why i am writing late. sorry.

But I'm still dl but i found out if im not on saturday. thats when transfer calls are. and i find out were im going president pretty much said that our area is getting white washed with spanish so that will be interesting to see what happens to this area. but ya they really need it.

So my bike is fixed I'm happy and well. They only thing that i can complain about is bug bites here and there but its ok please do not send me any more bug spray i have enough to last me a life time.
