Reframing.

While you were grumbling about spilling Milo powder in the morning and rushing to rush off to work cos of an imminent rain. 

While in the past I would have ruminated over that incident for the whole day that it took me 10 minutes to clear up the mess (albeit self created mess all because I was trying to hold too many things with only 2 hands at my disposal 😅), I reframed the situation about 10 minutes after the incident, which was faster than I did in the past.

Thoughts that ran through me head:

At least it was not the WHOLE Milo tin that dropped.

At least I did not drop my ceramic cup (OMG imagine an even messier mess!). 

At least it is only Milo powder and a dropped metal teaspoon. 

At least the Milo only dropped on tiled floor not elsewhere. 

I am lucky despite what happened. :)
