Guesting for Webster's Pages!

I AM SOOOOOO excited to finally share this amazing news with you! I was asked a few months back if I would like to be a Guest Designer for Webster's Pages!!

I was so lucky to have met Brandin and her sweet friend and Community Coordinator Dena at the CHA show this past winter and not only did I fall in love with these two gals but each and every single collection released this past season! CRAZY beautiful.

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to play with two of their amazing collections - Country Estate and Ladies & Gents.

I created this layout with the Ladies & Gents collection. For whatever reason, these papers, with their intricate designs and delicate elements, forced me to change my scrapping style - ever so slightly. I normally like to scrap large, single photos. I found that when I tried this, the amazing details of the papers and embellishments got lost. So, I switched it up and used 2 smaller photos and I think I may be addicted!

Look at the fine details! A little goes a long way and makes a huge impact. The smaller rose blossoms are from ZVA Creative.

Fabric Tag.... in love. 'Nuff said.

Second project using the Ladies & Gents line. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the tones in this!! I tried to do a totally different type of page and after pairing with more distressed, neutral colours, ended up with a more masculine page to compliment the black and white photo of myself and my sweet son.

Okay, seriously!? Crochet HEARTS! LOVE! AND take a peek at that flower! It is SO delicate - see what I mean by falling in love with EVERYTHING!

Layers and layers of paper and beautiful fussy cut elements.

And here is the first layout with Country Estate. This is such a romantic collection - the pinks and whites are just so beautiful to work with - it totally helps to have a little girl to scrap as well!

The beautiful soft pink pearl flourishes are from ZVA Creative (PE02CB142 & PE02CB128).

My last creation using the Country Estate Collection. Again, I tried to use a different palette of colours on this layout from my first - just to show you the versatility of this collection.

Lots of fussy cutting here as well as one of my 'famous' doilies as well as some of the beautiful Websters' transparencies.

Buttons and paper and lace - oh my!! LOL!! Yes, there are coordinating buttons, trims, flowers, tags - everything you would need in a collection of products to compliment one another seamlessly!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!! I hope I've been able to offer some inspiration on how to design with the amazing Webster's Pages! For more inspiration on these and all the other Webster's Pages collections, head on over to the inspireME gallery.

Thank you once again to Brandin for designing such amazing papers and products with which to create - love it all!
