Evergreen Christmas Cards

 Hello Everyone

I wanted to share a few more Christmas cards.  The cards all have an evergreen tree theme.  The cards were made with a variety of supplies: die cuts trees, stamped trees, stamped and die cut houses, glitter glue, stencils.

I wish everyone a very merry Christmas and a happy new year!!

Sledding on Christmas

 Hello and Merry Christmas!

Spending a few minutes to post a few Christmas cards today. The cards were made with a Spellbinders sled and skates set.  Also used a Stampin Up die set for the wreath.

The snowflake background was made using a stencil and glitter paste.

Love that glittery snowflake background!  Will be back with a few more cards before Christmas.

Wishing you a very merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Merry Christmas Drive with Santa

 Hello Everyone!

I wish everyone a Happy Holiday season and a Merry Christmas!!!

I have a few photos of my Christmas cards to share today. Of course, there is a story.  LOL

In my exuberance to get my cards out to friends and family, I completely forgot to photograph my cards! My goodness, I don't think I have ever done that before.  Must be old age.  LOL.

But, thanks to my beautiful, super sweet family, I have photos of the cards.  Sandie, Helen, and Christina took photos of the cards they had received and texted them to me. So, thanks to these lovely ladies I can share the cards with you.

The cards were made using the Spellbinders die cut set, Sunday Drive with Santa.  I die cut the cars in red, white, and green cardstocks. Decorative papers were used for the backgrounds.  The cars were mounted on die cut circles.

So glad you stopped by today. I hope your holiday season is filled with love and good things.  And some yummy holiday foods too!  See you next time for a Happy New Year card.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!!

Hello!

Merry Christmas!!!

I would like to wish everyone a merry and happy Holiday season!!!  Bring on the happy new year!!

I am back today with the final group of my Holiday cards!

I used the same main image for all the cards, but used different layouts, accents, and die cuts.  I also used different color palettes.

Today's cards have tan or cream as the main color.

Stamp: Don't Stop Believin' (Stampin' Up)

Santas are stamped on white cardstock.  I used Black Memento ink on the two samples.  Coloring was done with copic markers.  I used four markers making 43 cards.  So, a lot of coloring on the Santas.

The card above has a die cut tree, dry embossed star border, velum silver paper, silver and white ribbon.

The embellishments on this card include a metallic striped gold and white paper, gold glitter paper, punched snowflake, and white ribbon bow.

Inside looks like this on all the cards.

Again, I wish everyone a happy holiday season!!  See you next year!!!

Checking That Naughty List!

 Hello!

Have a few of my Christmas cards to share today.  I used the same main image for all the cards, but used different layouts, accents, and die cuts.  I also used different color palettes (mostly because I ran out of red and green cardstock... ).

Today's cards have navy blue as the main color.

Stamp: Don't Stop Believin' (Stampin' Up)

Santas are stamped on white cardstock.  I used Black Archival ink on the two samples.  Coloring was done with water base markers.  I used four markers making 43 cards.  So, a lot of coloring on the Santas.
The card above has die cut and punched snowflakes with a red ribbon bow.

All the insides look like this:

Below is a second layout.  I die cut the landscape background and layered a fussy cut Santa over top. Accents are die cut stars and blue striped ribbon bow.  Also added some glitter paper under the sentiment.

Will be back next time with more of my Christmas cards.  Hope your day is full of crafty hand made fun.

Sweet Christmas Wishes

 Hello Everyone!

Here are more of my Christmas cards.  You can see that I used this design for most of my cards.  I found this layout in a Stampin Up catalog and cased it.  The background paper differs from card to card.  I used papers from various 6 x 6 stacks I had in my stash.  Many of them were from My Mind's Eye.
All cards were made with a white card stock base.

The Candy canes and bows were cut using Cup of Cheer Die set from Stampin Up.
The sentiment is from the Cup of Christmas Stampin' Up set and is stamped in Real Red ink (SU).
On this card the background paper completely covers the white card base. And the candy canes were die cut in opposite colors: red on top and white on bottom.

Another version:

I only took a couple photos of the inside of the cards I made.  The insides are all the same with the exception of the strip of decorative paper.  I matched the paper to the front of each card.  But, I used the same stamp on all the cards.  This stamp is from Greatest Part of Christmas stamp set - Stampin' Up.

Sending you sweet Christmas wishes!  One more post before Christmas!

See you again soon.

Candy Cane Christmas

 Hello Everyone!

I made lots of cards using this design.  I found this layout in a Stampin Up catalog and cased it.  The background paper differs from card to card.  I used papers from various 6 x 6 stacks I had in my stash.  Many of them were from My Mind's Eye.

The Candy canes and bows were cut using Cup of Cheer Die set from Stampin Up.
The sentiment is from the Cup of Christmas Stampin' Up set and is stamped in Real Red ink (SU)....which is the perfect red ink for Christmas projects. I used a corner punch on the bottom edges of the tag.

Santa's Sweet Wishes

 Hello Friends!

Back today with another of my Christmas cards.  I ended up making around 50 cards.  All have been sent out.

This card was made with a lovely piece of Webster's Pages decorative paper for the background.  The Santa is from Impression Obsession's Ho Ho Ho clear set (retired). Santa was colored with Copics and fussy cut.

Penguin Sweet Christmas

 Hello Everyone,

Mailed all of my Christmas cards yesterday!  Finished my gift shopping!  All done prepping for Christmas.  Well, I still have to clean my house before the big day.  I am hosting dinner this year.  Already have the menu planned and family members are all bringing a dish.

Today's post spotlights a card I made for the penguin lovers on me card giving list.  The image was colored and fussy cut.  The background paper is from Webster's pages. Stamps on front of card are from Darcie's Homemade Cheer set (retired).

Winter Greetings

 Hello Everyone,

Hope everyone is well and enjoying the chilly weather.  I still have to edit my Christmas Card photos!  For got all about doing that.  I have been making some small quilts too and mailed two of those out for gifts.  Got my holiday decorations up yesterday.  So I am getting there.  My family drew names this year for a gift exchange.  We each buy one gift.  I plan on doing my shopping on Monday.  We had quite a bit of snow the other day, but it all melted.  The evergreens still look pretty.

Today, I am posting a winter/coffee themed card.  I used stamps from My Favorite Things and dies from Stampin' Up.  This card is suitable for Christmas too.  Moose was colored with Copics.

So glad you stopped by today.  I will be back next time with a Christmas project.  Have a lovely day!
