HoHoHo! Santa Gift Card Holder!

I did pick up a few gift cards this year, so I needed to make some gift card holders. Here is my first one:

This is the back:

This is the front:

This feature also cuts the slits for the gift card to slip into!
(it makes it so easy!)

I used the Wild Card Cricut Cartridge to make the gift card holder. If you cut it at 4 1/4" it cuts the perfect size for a standard square gift card!

Christmas Gift Card Holder!

I was lucky enough to have the day off today!! Yippee!! As you can see from all my posts I spent my whole time crafting, and LOVED every second of it!!

This will probably be the last post for tonight, I am off to play a mean game of Dodge-ball with the neighborhood kids! Wish me luck!

I give out lots of gift cards at Christmas time, so I wanted to make some really fun holders for them.

This is the front:

 This is the back:

 This is the inside:

I had so much fun making this!
I used Wild Card Cartridge Page 46. The exact size to fit a gift card is to cut it at 4 1/4"
I measured and cut the extra pieces for the front and back. You can cut liners but I could not seem to match them up the way I wanted.
The gingerbread men are from Stretch your Imagination. I used Peachy Keen faces and the DecoArt Snow writer to decorate them. Added lots of bling!

Present Gift Card holder Using DoodleCharms

I wanted to make a gift card holder, but not the traditional square one, so after a few experiments and a couple of cuts I came up with this:

Once all the measuring was done, it was really easy!
I used the present from page 109 from the DoodleCharms Cricut Cartridge.
All sizes are 5 3/4.
My first cut was on purple card stock I used the black out feature
Second cut was the Present pattern paper which I cut the regular icon button.
Third cut was using the circle pattern paper which I cut using the shift plus the icon button which cut the bow and the tag, and then I cut it again on the purple card stock because I wanted my tag puprle.

I snipped the top of the present box and the bow off the tops and adhered the present top down, then I used the other bow and glued that down. When gluing the bottom of the present down, only glue the sides leaving a pocket for the gift card. Next stamp the tag, add your ribbon and your done!

Check out how it is really made!

The Pink Elelphant TPE 68 Challange

Here is the challenge:
Orange
Make the color Orange the focal color of your card

Here is the card I made for this challenge:

I used the present from the Doodle Charms Cricut Cartridge.

The cut is at 5 3/4 which fits in a 6X6 envelope.

Just slip the gift card in the front of the card!

I will be posting a video on how it is made in just a minute!
