had a blast just now with my cousins, relatives and sister's friends over at my house and the park behind my house. we organised a mini gathering cum xmas celebration after years of hesitation.. hahaha.

we were really worried that it will rain tonight cuz for the past few days, we've witnessed the highest rainfall in 70 years and flooding in thomson, orchard and in many parts of singapore. we even prepared a bbq pit and deep fryer along our corridor in case in rains. haha, but luckily our worry did not occur at all. instead, the weather was very cooling and perfect for a bbq!

i woke up at 10.30am (unwillingly) cuz someone was knocking and shouting at my doorstep. it was a delivery man from far east flora. my sister's boyfriend got her a bouquet of flowers and a very cute bear. so sweeeet lah! wonder when will be my turn *sigh* hahaha

and i vacumned, mopped the floor, put up the decorations for the xmas tree, cleaned the tables and chairs, went bedok to buy seafood for bbq, took out the intestines of the prawns, fried some food, marinating the stuff, entertaining the guests, numbering the gifts, bringing kids up and down to drink yakult, getting suan by my young cousin who thought that i got dumped when i chatted with him that day which my boss asked me to work over at the factory, trying to get the fire started. everything and anything except EATING. i really forgot to eat and i felt so hungry 30 mins ago that i actually cooked maggi!

although the whole family is very tired, we are glad that everyone enjoyed themselves! sorry to those whom i didn't really chat with you cuz i was trying to help my mum and sisters. but i'm sure all of you will understand right! oh ya, the best thing is that while we were enjoying ourselves at the bbq, orchard and east coast are raining cats and dogs. after our bbq, around 12am, my area rained quite heavily! we are reeeeeally lucky! :D

anyway, i wish everyone a merry xmas and may 2007 be a much better one for all of us! as this is a season of love, i wish that everyone will be blessed and showered with lots of hugs and love! tell your loved ones how much you love them if not they will never know! :)

i look forward to wednesday! come'on girls lets rock the place down! (but don burn the place down hahaha)
