disc drive E

Last week I found out that a few of the recent mixes I send out have skips and flutters in them. That only means one of two things. Somehow get it fixed or give up. A fellow music love suggest I get an external disc drive.
I checked out amazon  and the price range was $25-50.00! not bad,I thought.
Yesterday I got a package from amazon in the mail.
Greg AKA POPcrackle.com send me the very one I had my eyes on!
Realizing this I said Holy S--T!
I immadiatly I.Med him on facebook thanting him and told him Santa will get him back.
hooking it up was easy and installing the program only took minutes. Of course I uninstalled the old one first!
It works great!

This is a photo of me and one of my greatest patrons name Jill. From the look on her face you might think she is living the dream. She has a great supportive and loving husband named Joe and 2 wonderful Daughters. She Also has Cancer!
She does not feel sorry for herself or cry the blues,she Just takes each day and enjoys it and lives it to the fullest.
she is so awesome!

             Summer goes by so fast but these are beautiful scenes   I love and apreciate seeing 5 days a week in the summer. meeting great people and working on the beach.!
 Sure there are days we deal with greanhead flies and    90+ degree days but off deep woods and staying hydrated gets me through it !

gifts and additions

Recently I had 2 awesome gifts sent to me in the mail from two wonful folks in the youtube vinyl community. Tom aka the high rant district send me a few great things, A Sharon jones cd,a mix he made and a box of Tea from Sri Lanka.
Another member had 2 t shirts with this logo on it. so sweet!

Dec Thoughts and Ideas

 So Far this years Christmas mix is getting nice reviews! I have enough music to make a new mix but I want to focus on Getting my Christmas mixes out first.
 today was the first snow of the season. luckily it was a light snow but it was enough for me to postpone a trip to the post office to mail out Christmas mixes for the cousins.
Perhaps by the end of the week.
   I dare not say tomorrow because we are supposed to get heavy winds and rain. There's also a chance of coastal flooding.
   In my hurry to get out to clear the car of snow I forgot the bag of CDs I need to take back to the library!
 I didn't however get to work safe and sound and yes on time. Frank informed me that my friend Joan Sherman isn't expected to live much longer and they reserves the firehouse for her wake and he offered to take me there. We were discussing life, death and the fact that we are saved and we know where we are going. I sometimes call him Reverend because he has so much faith and knowledge and is a real man of God and lifts he up and encourages me! He's my big brother and I adopted him in my heart! I call chip my younger brother.
I am blessed with many awesome friends!
