Also, there would be no more listening to the annoying droning voices of teachers, nor having to look at them for a painful amount of time!

FOR 3, BLESSED WEEKS!

Yes, there are make-up lectures and tutorials for the first week but I will not let that spoil my mood, similarly how I will not let the upcoming JCT ruin my holiday!

I don't mind studying; it beats purposefully waking up at unearthly times to enter the prison every weekday morning! I am so on top of the world now! :D :D :D

I love how this entry is entirely punctuated with exclamation marks! IF ONLY I HAD AN ABUNDANCE OF MONEY NOW, MY LIFE WOULD BE SOMEWHAT COMPLETE!

On Saturday I failed Shuttle Run and Standing Broad Jump before going home to get ready for TJBand's concert! The first half was slightly boring but the second half was much better. I think Stage Band never fails to amuse hee hee. However Twinkle agrees with me about how their sound seems almost tiny and did not envelope us, unlike TJCO's. Dodo was so sexy playing her trombone! :)

The Monte Carlo GP was amazing! :D Really, it's the start of Ferrari's comeback and I cannot wait for Turkey, especially because Ferrari has always been strong there. Anyway despite Barrichello overtaking Kimi on the first lap and Ferrari screwing up the last pit stop, everything is pretty fine and Kimi is on the podium in the third place. :) This bodes good fortune for me in the coming week!

Today I ran 2.4 in 19 minutes and 42 seconds, thank you to all the lovely people who cheered/supported/ran with me. :D Even though I failed yet again, at least I wasn't last HA HA HA.

Saturday morning we fixed lightbulbs again at this block near college and Cat and I made a bunch of new friends! They are actually juniors, and I had fun even though we're the slowest group ha ha ha.

After that I rushed home to get ready to watch X-men Origins: Wolverine, which luckily was still showing. I was super late though and missed the beginning. :( Then we shopped a little before eating and headed off to Singapore Conference Hall for the TJCO concert to support Fel and Yw! :) I thought they were better than last year but some parts of the repertoire were quite boring.




All in all it was an amazing day!

The parents wanted to have lunch together on Sunday so we went to Suntec City, which I swear is their favourite haunt. I remember when Mummy used to work on Saturdays, Pa would drive all of us to meet her at Suntec City for lunch. The brother and I had many balls of a time stepping on the coloured squares of the tiled floors hee hee.

I'm also very happy because I finally bought bras! :D

I realised I feel really awesome once I step out of college. I only have a life when the school week ends and I can do whatever I want on the weekends, except this Saturday morning because of the ridiculous NAPFA. I see no aim in that whatsoever but to somehow gauge the boys on their physical fitness for National Service, so why do the girls need to take the test too? They should just offer the test to people who actually want to take it.

Despite all my complaining I'll still have to do the NAPFA. D:

The most exciting thing that happened during college this week was detention on Wednesday. Even that, by itself, was horribly uneventful and was essentially a waste of everybody's time.

There are 2 confirmed cases of H1N1 in Malaysia now! :O I wonder how long would it take for it to finally infect Singapore. I'm honestly surprised that no one here yet is infected because there has to be countless people who travel to and from the USA and China.

NAPFA needs to be abolished.

Friday Pig and I went to support Ek's SPCO concert! We're so lovely. Anyway I thought he's a pretty awesome percussionist! :)

Sunday was the Catalunya GP and Ferrari has a car which is "quick but fragile" which is devastatingly so. :( Horrible strategies too, they've made so many mistakes that my heart bled an ocean thus far. I really hope that Monaco would be better, and I've decided that I dislike Brawn.

Yay today was a holiday so I went to study at the airport. I cannot wait for the weekend to come again, and soon the the holidays will beckon and I will be happy.

I have to eat my words because it is now yellow alert and there wouldn't any more temperature-taking nor masks. :(

I'm really happy because Monday is a holiday! My timetable is the lousiest on Mondays so yes, I'm elated. :D Initially I would be in college for almost 12 hours but this Monday I don't have to wake up before sunrise, attempt to listen to the incessant droning/screeching/chattering of the teachers and do PE! Joy just flood me inside out when I think of it.

Oh, and today I received the first detention of my life. Très très chic. However even this cannot dampen my mood. :)

Today it was raining elephants and camels and the buses were late and packed. When I finally reached college there were masked zombies holding up signs that on closer inspection, say "Have you been overseas this weekend?". It was hilarious. I hope this happens everyday. I want to take a picture and perhaps pose with them. Anyway, the swine flu is bound to occur in Singapore sooner or later. The more you try to keep it out, the harder it will want to infect us, ha ha ha! I'll have to eat my words if there are no cases reported in Singapore though.
