Yesterday E told me she and G want us sisters to meet up on any date between the 11th and 20th of June because that period of time would be our one year anniversary! :D I am totally looking forward to the get-together because I miss all of them so much and the memories of us spending all that lovely time in UK are still very clear in my mind, and I think of all these very often! :)

I. AM. IN. A. VERY. BITCHY. MOOD. NOW.

I SPRAINED MY BLOODY ANKLE, WHICH HURTS LIKE THE CRUCIATUS WHENEVER I TRY TO WALK.

HENCE, EVEN THOUGH I GET TO MISS SCHOOL TOMORROW, I AM STILL GOING TO MISS OUT ON THE DINNER WHEREBY EVERYONE WILL HAVE FUN AND LAUGHTER WITHOUT ME.

THERE'S A MILLION TONS OF ASSIGNMENTS WHICH HAVE DEADLINES. I HATE DEADLINES.

I FEEL LIKE A LOSER BECAUSE I SPRAINED MY ANKLE JUST BY ALIGHTING FROM A BLOODY BUS. WHO THE HECK SPRAINS THEIR ANKLE BY COMING DOWN FROM A BUS? AND NO, FOR THE 54890543905TH TIME, I WAS NOT LOOKING AT A HOT GUY.

I HATE PAIN. I DON'T LIKE FEELING PAIN, I'M AFRAID OF FEELING PAIN AND NOW I'M FEELING IT ALL OVER ME.

THIS IS SUCH A HORRIBLE WEEK AND I JUST WANT THE HOLIDAYS TO COME SO I DON'T HAVE TO FACE BLOODY SCHOOL ANYMORE, EVEN IF IT IS FOR ONLY A MONTH.

I believe that everyone of us are entitled to make our own choices, regarding situations that we can control. In this case, there's no such thing as "no choice". The only differences in the different choices made are the circumstances which the choice is made under, but ultimately, it is still a choice made by you.

Let's say you have lessons until 5PM, but there's a movie that you want to catch desperately which only available timing is at 3PM. You cannot say that there's "no choice", that you cannot catch the movie because of lessons. The thing is, you have a choice of skipping lessons, but you chose to forfeit that. Instead, you made the choice of staying for lessons and missing the movie.

Hence, by saying that you have "no choice" to not do X because of Y, it simply means that you chose Y over X.

On Saturday I went to the East Zone CO Concert with Jing Jing, Yi Tong and Xinyu! We met for lunch, and while Xinyu went to have her hair cut, we went to get a flower and a balloon for Felicia and Yee Wei respectively who performed in the concert. Most of the photos are not with me so I can't post them yet!

We then took 31 to VJC and were almost late! Thank goodness we weren't. The concert was alright I guess, from my point of view. I'm no expert whatsoever so I was basically listening for entertainment, and not looking out for skill. Ha ha ha when TJCO came out, we immediately shrieked Felicia and Yee Wei's name incessantly! :D I thought TJC's conductor was quite cool because of his strange body spasms and long hair.

After the concert we went to find Felicia and Yee Wei and gave them the cute ass stuff we bought! Oh, before we left I suddenly received a call from Ekjun and he was like asking me whether I was at the concert ha ha ha! Turns out that he saw me and called me but I didn't hear. Chatted with him for awhile before leaving for dinner at Parkway Parade, then went home!

Looking for:
MOVIE BUDDY

I'm willing to watch everything except movies related to horror and the like. Free on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday! :D Text me!

We celebrated Yahui's birthday today (early, because the actual date is on Saturday) with a cake and cucumbers. :D It was a short and sweet affair before we had to go for Physics Practical.

I think college is killing my social life! I haven't been to the movies in almost a month, I haven't been meeting friends for forever (chance encounters at the interchange/on the bus/on the train are not counted!) and I go home almost everyday after school! :(

I just feel so bored and discontent. Why am I not doing something thrilling and more worthwhile? :\

I want to watch We Will Rock You so badly! I feel like a spoiled brat but I hate not getting what I want.

Pig showed me this interesting excerpt just now, about Jesus:

IN CHEMISTRY, HE TURNED WATER TO WINE
IN BIOLOGY, HE WAS BORN WITHOUT THE NORMAL CONCEPTION
IN PHYSICS, HE DISPROVED THE LAW OF GRAVITY WHEN HE ASCENDED INTO HEAVEN
IN ECONOMICS, HE DISPROVED THE LAW OF DIMINISHING RETURNS BY FEEDING 5000 MEN (not INCLUDING the WOMEN and CHILDREN) WITH TWO FISHES & 5 LOAVES OF BREAD
IN MEDICINE, HE CURED THE SICK AND THE BLIND WITHOUT ADMINISTERING A SINGLE DOSE OF DRUGS
IN HISTORY, HE IS THE BEGINNING AND THE END
IN GOVERNMENT, HE SAID THAT HE SHALL BE CALLED WONDERFUL COUNSELOR, PRINCE OF PEACE
IN RELIGION, HE SAID NO ONE COMES TO THE FATHER EXCEPT THROUGH HIM

Well, whoever who penned that excerpt certainly missed a subject.

IN KI, HE MIGHT NOT EVEN EXIST

If you did not find that humorous, that I'm sad to say that we do not share a similar sense of humour, because obviously this has no malice towards believers. If you're offended, I hereby first apologise and beg for your mercy and forgiveness.

I've decided that since entering college, I've become dumber.

I've also decided that 24 hours a day is cruelty especially as we are humans and we require ample sleep to function properly. Personally, I'd prioritise sleep over homework, but my occupation as a student forbids me to do so. :(

I've just finished my GPP and printed all 12 pages of that monstrosity. VBC is also currently going into its 4th vMonth and I don't think I can stay awake to monitor the rest of the months for tonight.

I didn't study Economics and I have an undone Literature essay which is due tomorrow! D:

My cell costs 120 dollars to repair which is indeed, an astronomical sum compared to just buying a new cell altogether. So yes, I'm really stuck with using that Samsung antique, which has survived in my hands for about a month already. I still hate it though.

S and M were being royal bastards today, and tomorrow is my hell day so now I'm in a really horrible mood. D:

Yes my thoughts are that jumbled and disjointed, tangled and in disarray. I want to lie and just forget the world.

*

I've decided that, if I were to die tomorrow, I'd want to be happy and content.

If I were to die tomorrow, I don't think I'd have fulfilled that.

Last Sunday I went to watch the Pillowman with some of the 28/08 girls! :D Met Yee Wei and Felicia at Bugis, where Felicia treated us to Starbucks! Yee Wei went to get her picks before we met Xinyu for lunch at the Soup Spoon. Oh my goodness, I think the soups there are amazing! Ate to our fills before rushing to meet Jing Jing, Yi Tong and Bao Hui at Clarke Quay. Ha ha ha we tried to take a bus to Singapore Repertory Theatre to meet Sandra but we lost our way. In the end we had to cab there in separate taxis and were almost late! :(

The play was 3 hours long with a 15-minute intermission and I thought it was quite fascinating. To be honest I didn't really understand the beginning, but as the play progresses I managed to grasp the gist of it. It has a dark theme, with many stories within the main story and it leaves you thinking even after the end. Oh and I thought Shane Mardjuki was hot! :D Half the girls agreed with me and the other half didn't. We met the cast after the play and questions were posed to the actors, and I just kept looking at Shane. Hee hee hee.

After the play we took a bus to Cineleisure and had Subway there! Xinyu had to leave though. :( Chatted, gained 10 kilograms and laughed the night away! It was fabulous. :D We were laughing so loud outside Cineleisure that the people inside Gloria Jean's looked at us and laughed too. Walked all the way to Dhoby Ghaut and took the train home. Thus the end of a wonderful day and night.

So far I've been coping alright in TJC (besides the academics) because of the lovely girls I hang out with from 28/08!

Yesterday we went to Hwa Chong for the VBC briefing! It takes an hour to reach there by train and bus, and my goodness that campus is humongous! It's gigantic and I think the perimeter of the campus is probably 5 bus stops at least. We had to trek up as we alighted a stop earlier. :(

After the briefing Faus and I went to meet Pig and Debby for dinner! I was feeling particularly hungry because of the swimming in the morning ha ha ha. Hung out at Debby's room later; it was good!

College has been a bitch.

In point form, but random order!
  • I've been using an organiser for a week! I feel organised
  • I swam for the first time in years on Friday, and I'm very sad because I no longer have the glory of my swimming yesteryears
  • Slept for 18 hours on Saturday! :)
  • Went for Pillowman on Sunday! :D I will dedicate an entry to this later, hopefully tomorrow
  • I'm accepted for the Humanities trip to Japan! :)
  • Currently running for LEO Club EXCO. (Ha ha ha) Specifically, the post of treasurer
  • Failed 2.4 today, for the 48392048309th year running
  • Out of the 4 tests I've sat for so far in TJC, I failed two with flying colours and passed one. Am anticipating the last one!
  • HAMILTON IS OUT OF THE POINTS ON SUNDAY! :D I LOVE ALONSO! I LOVE F1! I'm also shocked that BMW is leading the constructor's championship! Pleasantly shocked, nonetheless

Now whenever I hear 'The Way I Are' I'll think of Moose from Step Up 2 ha ha! He's my favourite character from that movie. :)

Because I'm bored!

1. Grab the book nearest to you, turn to page 18, find line 4. Write down what it says.
"Her patient started weeping again - tears had a whole different"
I will give you cookies if you can identify which novel is this.

2. Stretch your left arm out as far as you can. What do you touch first?
Radio.

3. What is the last thing you watched on TV?
Some drama, during dinner.

4. WITHOUT LOOKING, guess what the time is.
10PM?

5. Now look at the clock, what is the actual time?
10PM.

6. With the exception of the computer, what can you hear?
The television. I think my father's watching ESPN or something.

7. When did you last step outside? What were you doing?
This morning for college.

8. Before you came to this website, what did you look at?
Moose dancing on youtube!

9. What are you wearing?
Secondary 3 bonding camp tee and track pants.

10. Did you dream last night?
Yes ha ha ha! I don't really remember what I dreamt about though.

11. When did you last laugh?
Just now? Laughing with Moose because he's so adorable.

12. What is on the walls of the room you are in?
2 cross-stitch pieces and a Hong Kong money piece. They are all framed up. I don't choose the decor outside my room hence they're as so ha ha.

13. Seen anything weird lately?
None that I remember.

14. What do you think of this quiz?
Distracting.

15. What is the last film you saw?
Step Up 2.

16. If you became a multi-millionaire overnight, what would you buy first?
The most expensive ticket available to watch the Singapore F1 Grand Prix.

17. Tell me something about you that I don't know.
I can play 'Rylynn' on the piano!

18. If you could change one thing about the world, regardless of guilt or politics, what would you do?
Make sure that everyone has sufficient food. Starvation is a horrible thing.

19. Do you like to dance?
When no one can see it!

20. George Bush: is he a power-crazy nutcase or some one who is finally doing something that has needed to be done for years?
The former.

21. Imagine your first child is a girl, what do you call her?
Rylynn. I'll probably change my mind tomorrow.

21. Imagine your first child is a boy, what do you call him?
Dylan. I'll probably change my mind tomorrow too.

22. Would you ever consider living abroad?
Of course!

Living aboard caused me to think about UK again! Seriously, I start thinking about UK in the oddest of situations. Friendships were built, bonds were forged and memories were made. I must say it's one of the best experiences in my secondary school life, if not the best. :D
