I finally got to hear Nickelback's Far Away which cousin sent me quite a while ago because I couldn't find it. Now I'm addicted! I got Bro to play the first few chords for me on the guitar, so I could sing along ha ha! :D Anyway, Nickelback has really sweet lyrics, so go hear!

The major tests for this week are over already, and I so screwed Binomial Theorem in Amath and a bit of Physics. :( Another big fat Higher Chinese test on Tuesday, completed with 31 谚语! :(

PE was good, we played badminton again and I stink in it. It's not that I don't do sports, I'd love to do sports but I just don't really have that opportunity.

Actually I'm just too lazy.

Oh, and what's with the acronym TGIF? Suddenly it seems so publicised and everyone knows it. I mean, I've heard it for like a hundred times today! :\ Even my mom said TGIF to me while we were kentang-couch-ing in front of the television. No, she didn't say Thank God It's Friday, but Tee Gee Eye Eff. :\ :\ And I just remembered this acronym that mathgeek used today- GC. My first thought was Good Charlotte. Or maybe Grand Canyon. But no, it's Graphical Calculator! Ohmytian.

Anyway we've reached the thousand cranes, more than a thousand even. Every teacher just had to ask why we were folding cranes, which got annoying after the fifth teacher or so asked.

So Faus and I had this huge talk about Polys and JCs while walking to the train station this afternoon. Very confusing. :(

I've been super tired during school these days, and wanting to fall asleep. The weather is also horribly hot!

It's so touching how everybody bothers to fold the cranes! The girls in 4D and Infocomm Club esepcially. :) The AC² girls surprised me when they came back from the lab with their arms full of cranes! It was sweet when we stayed back to fold more until the rain stopped too.

There's this commercial which is bugging me to no end- Formula 1 @ Sepang. Tickets are selling already and I want to go so bad!

I'm faintly aware that there are some major tests coming up this week and yet I'm still rather nonchalant about it, which means I need to do something already! Secondary 3 topics are tested on Physics, and some earlier topics that we had learnt this year for Amath.

A Thousand Paper Cranes

111 cranes folded. :) Much love to the girls who helped, they were being so helpful and really caring and taught me how to fold the cranes.

Remedial was very meaningful today. And I owe a lot of homework. Was rushing out some work after remedial while Amanda told us this story about her neighbours which was very funny!

Time is so against me! If only I need 45 seconds to reach school instead of 45 minutes. :( I want a car!

School starts late tomorrow but I can't even rush out a piece of work before school because of travelling time. I need a car.

This is really crappy news. I'm still in a big fat state of utter shock and disbelief.

Azri, is lying in hospital right now. He has a blood clot in his left brain and had fainted, which resulted in paralysis of his left body. To make it worse, his brain swelled up and he's still in a coma.

I don't know what to say and I just feel so helpless. Life is really so fragile and unpredictable.

Everybody just keep Azri in your prayers alright! Azri, I know you can pull through and that you can overcome this obstacle. Hang on there! We all have faith in you!

Dreamless

Yesterday night was the first night I've ever slept without dreaming, for a long time. It's really strange, because before secondary three my sleep was always dreamless. But after going to upper secondary, I started to have dreams every night which is super irritating, because I'd wake up feeling tired and not remember the dreams unless it was really funny or something. Then sometimes I'd experience déjà vu! Which is really cool, so that's okay.

So there was school today. I didn't complete all my homework, which is bad. But I'd rather study for tests anyday than do homework, I hate homework! We also have this English project which I haven't start at all because there's a major Higher Chinese test tomorrow. I can't believe the midyears are coming already! :(

Yay I woke up in time to watch F1's first 2007 race. :D I'm a happy girl!

The race was fabulous anyway! Hamilton did really well for his debut.

Yay Formula 1 season has started! :)

There are many changes in both drivers, teams and cars this year. Like Alonso, who transferred from Renault to Mclaren and Raikkonen who transferred from Mclaren to Ferarri. Super exciting! There are many new drivers too and they all seem good especially Lewis Hamilton who's racing for Mclaren.

So I had to wake up at the crack of dawn to go to school for a one hour Chemistry lesson (730AM-830AM). Yes I bitch about it when the lesson's too short, but I bitch about it when it's too long too. :) Anyway, we got back the test and I got that A1 that I wanted. :D

After the lesson, Meiyan and I went to have breakfast and just hung out at the malls. Wanted to catch Stomp The Yard but we missed the 1100 shows! I was so pissed. We couldn't catch the later ones because I had tuition at 4. :(

Another Summer Day Has Come And Gone Away

Woke up this morning abruptly after a super weird dream. Everybody who was at the 2A BBQ just now should know what it is. :D

Bro and I cooked cup noodles for brunch before I bathed and went out for a movie date! Faus and I caught Music and Lyrics and I loved it! The movie was not overly sweet and Hugh Grant's accent is just love. He can really sing too and play the piano! Ha ha ha. :D

After the movie we went to Debby's condo for the barbecue! Played some stupid games before eating, then went up to her house to watch Hanakimi. :D Ate more, watched television, played cards and made craploads of noise. So we got really high as the night went on and just imagine this two years later when we can buy alcohol. :\

So I guess the day was quite alright, but my desks are still covered with undone homework and there are only 5 days left in the holidays! Time passes so fast that it isn't funny.

My new cellphone! :D :D Nokia 6300, I'm just too used to Nokia phones.

Anyway I love it! :) It's super slim for a Nokia, and it looks really good too. So happy to get rid of my old one.

So I was the second person to reach school today for the Supreme Court trip. Idled more than an hour away before we went there. It's really supremely boring, by the way. Our guide reminds me of someone unpleasant and spoke in this (obviously) fake saccharine tone which is supremely annoying.

Meiyan and I ditched the bus ride back to school and went to Suntec City and Marina Square instead. It was supremely fun to shop but I got tired really quick so we went home after buying Eunice's present.

Anyway, I have tons of homework which have to be completed in two weeks. There goes my week of relaxation and leisure and whatever I've planned to abstain from anything that has to do with school whatsoever. :(

I'm now working for my A's for the O's, Midyears, and UK! :) Motivation is very important. I need more of that.

I just got the consent form and itinerary today! :D Yes I've misplaced my previous itinerary, it's somewhere in my locker. Whoever who has seen my locker (4D number 5, the only used locker without a lock) before probably knows it'll take some time to find it.

Anyway, I'm so so so so so so super excited! Parents are totally supportive of me going but I know they'd expect A's in return. Oh and Bobo's blog just reminded me that the O's are just 229 days away! :(

Studied really hard for today's Chemistry test! Hopefully I can get an A for it. Physics was harder, Literature was just annoying because our lovely teacher did not even bother to arrive on time. Really thoughtful! I appreciate it a lot.

Today the boss demanded to see the Upper Secondary people who skipped school yesterday. They missed recess and had to write some crap reflection which is hilarious. :P Pig showed me her list of complaints about the boss and apparently they're going to post it in the local forum or something like that. I'm looking forward to that!

Tomorrow's the last day of Term One, and then a week of holidays. That isn't a good thing because it means the Midyears are coming, and so are the O's. You'll soon see me running away from them, and I may just run past your house ha ha ha.

We're going to the Supreme Court on Monday for some odd reason but because it's at City Hall, I'm so going to movie/shop and the like!

We seem to have tons of holiday homework, but I'm going to complete them all. I think.

Now whenever I eat noodles/kway teow I'd be reminded of Meiyan and how she tried to teach me the correct way to use chopsticks. Apparently my chopsticks life has been in vain, my way of using them are wrong. :(

So our overall results are coming out by this week and I'm not looking forward to it. I've gotten a B4 for Higher Chinese though which is pretty satisfactory. :)

I want to skip tomorrow because there are only 5 periods before the celebration, which I don't really care about. :\

I spent my Saturday watching Hanakimi on youtube. :D I think I love that show! Yes I know I was complaining just a few days ago about how small the screen in youtube is and so on but, who cares? It's addictive. :) Like me!

I'm addicted to songs too. And not studying, which isn't a good thing! But I did start my Redox revision for Thursday's test, so that's something.

I Hate Grades :(

There was a briefing for the people interested to go to UK today after school, which I obviously attended. All was great until they mentioned the criteria. :(

1. Must pass all EOY subjects last year
2. Must pass all subjects this term
3. Not have any CCA commitments

I obviously failed the first two criteria. :( :( I failed Higher Chinese EOY but I passed it overall! This term I failed Combined Humanities. I don't care, they better let me go to UK!

Oh and there was Malay yesterday, which I didn't learn anything. The Malay oral test is postponed till next term though! Hee hee, all I'll reply to Cikgu is 'Saya tak (understand)'. I'm so going to fail the oral already.

I don't walk slow, everybody else just walks fast.

Anyway, I've been shopping for the past 3 days at the same mall (no prizes for guessing) with Meiyan to get presents. Long, overdue presents, lol. Finally bought everything yesterday though! Spent most of our time at Watsons/Guardian/NTUC smelling Herbal Essence shampoo because it smells so nice! :D
