CASOLOGY WEEK#396, WIND

Hi everyone! Welcome back to another challenge at CASology where the cue word is 'wind'. Some one is being naughty here today! This cute Dino is farting rainbow colors happily in the jungle. This thought really make me laugh :D I'm sorry for being so dirty :P

That cute Dino is a die from Sizzix called Dinosaurs. And the rest, the trees and the wind (fart) was hand drawn and colored with Faber-Castell color pencils. Please don't forget to join the fun at CASology. We would like to see your beautiful creations in the gallery. :)

I'm entering this card for CAS of Friday Challenge #180 Use a die and Perfectly CAS Challenge #9 - Animals. Thank you for stopping by, have fun! :)

THREE CUTE EASTER SPRING CARDS | SIZZIX LIFESTYLE

Hello everyone! How are you doing? Today's projects are going to be the cutest and they are very simple to make. My cards feature Spring Time Thinlit Die from Sizzix Lifestyle. These dies are great for making both Spring and Easter Cards/projects. I did some simple copic coloring to my die-cuts, I have a very few collection of Copics and I love working every bit of bit. :)

Products from Sizzix Lifestyle

I die-cut the dies from white card stock, colored them with copic markers. 'The bunny (standing) is balancing and bringing a pot of Easter eggs to his friend who is waiting near the floral bushes!' ;)

All the die-cuts were colored with copics and adhered over the ink (peacock feathers distress ink) blended panel. I did some Reverse Die-cutting

Look how I colored the die-cuts! Yep! I did dimensional coloring with copics. I hope you like them. Thanks for visiting :)

HELLO LOVE | HERO ARTS

I have only two colors in my Copic Collection i.e., R24 (Prawn Red) and R29 (Lipstick Red). I am planning to add more, I'm saving some amount for my Copics. May be in a few months I will buy atleast two shades in each color family :)

CARD DETAILS

I took the banner stamp from Hero Arts - Baby Animals stamp set and stamped onto the smaller panel with Catherine Pooler's Midnight Ink. I copic colored the banners with R29 first and then blended the ink with R24. I just love the coloring result!! Lord! Please send me some Copic Markers!! :)

Onto some white card stock I stamped the Bunny and colored his top with the same Copic Markers, fussy cut him leaving a little white border around.

Before adhering the bunny, I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set with CP Midnight Ink.

I wrapped white twine around the smallest panel and tied a simple bow.

I adhered the bunny onto the smallest panel and embellished with a few clear sequins. I foam mounted this panel over the smaller panel.

I applied lots of shimmer to his shirt with Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen. Wow! So sparkly!!

Finally adhered the smaller panel over the main card base with some glue.

And that is the card for today and I hope you like it. I'm entering this card for A Blog Named Hero Challenge: Copy a Designer. I was inspired by Emily Midgett's cute card, you can check her card HERE.

Thank you so much for visiting. See you soon :)

Happy Ghosts | A Muse Studio

I am super happy and thrilled to let you know that I am Guest Designing A Muse Studio Blog for the whole month of September. Thank you AMS for giving me this lovely opportunity.

These stamps are best quality rubber stamps and I am loving all the designs. And also they have a wide range of card stock in so many yummy colors. Click HERE to visit their shop. For my project, I used Currant and Sugar card stock and also Ghostly Greetings stamp set.

When I first received their products, I wasn't quite sure about designing the cards because I never had my hands on Halloween Themed Products. I decided to make some spooky yet cute cards, it was quite challenging for me! Then these happy ghosts caught my eye and I didn't stop making cards from then, I took this card as an inspiration for the rest of my card designs. No, they don't look similar, all card designs are different from one another. Kindly visit A Muse Studio Blog to know more details. Thanks for visiting. See you soon :)

CSCC#15 - Stylish CAS card

Hello dear friends! There's a brand new challenge for you at

All you need to do is create a CAS card inspired by the above pic. I'm loving this pic a lot. So subtle and soothing colors to the eye in this hot red summer.. ;)

And here is my card!

(i did a little mistake here.. )

I was very much inspired by the colors. I took a standard sized card and flicked the background with Brushed Pewter Distress Stain and after drying I stamped the sentiment from Technique Tuesday in Archival Jet Black Ink.Then hand drew the leaves and water colored them with Distress Inks. I then temporarily adhered these leaves on some scratch paper and stamped the same sentiment again on to the leaves. Later I arranged those leaves on to the pre-stamped cardstock and adhered them with foam tape just to give a little bit of dimension. Added few sequins and that's it my card was done!

Hope you like the card and got inspired, be sure to check our challenge blog for more details and for more inspiration. Thank you and I'll see you soon.. :)

Easy Galaxy Background

Hello dear friends! I'm back with a watercolored galaxy card + a tiny tutorial..

Creating this background is very easy and so much fun.. ;)

Take an acetate or any slippery surface and place the watercolors.. You can use purple, blue, green, orange, pink , yellow and red for the galaxy. Here I used my 'camlin 12 cake water colors'. Then I flicked some white watercolor with the help of two different sized brushes. If you want to have a larger splatter use large brush and if you want a tiny or small splatter of color use small sized brush.

Then spritz some water and place the cardstock on the top of the acetate and press it firmly and wait for few seconds. And that's it our galaxy background is ready.

If you want to add more details you can flick the white paint again and you can also add perfect pearls. Yes! I added perfect pearls, brushed pewter distress stain and a little amount of glitter..

I then stamped the satellite from 'Inspired by stamping - kid's fun' stampset and water colored it using faber-castell connector pens. Then stamped the sentiment from 'Prima' and dusted it with perfect pearls.

Entering this card for the following challenges..

Hope you got inspired and liked my card! Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving me comment. Take care and I'll see you very soon.. :)

You're the best!

Hi! This time I've cased or inspired by Yana Smakula's card. She is an amazing card maker and scrapbooker. I really love how she creates beautiful back grounds to the cards.. Thanks Yana for the wonderful inspiration.. Well.. I'm really obsessed with casing the cards so guys please bear with my posts and be kind.. ;)

Yana used Bo Bunny PP for the back ground. I loved that pp so I wanted to have one so I made a similar one using peeled paint and mustard distress inks and stamped the circular stamps in water.. I know my card is not good as hers but I'm happy with the result. I watercolored the ice cream in peacock feathers distress ink.. and the sketch of the card is from Crazy for CAS #52 Sketch also entering this into Simon Says Anything goes, Kraft Zone #8 CAS and BGC #57 water colors..

Ok friends! See you soon.. ;)
