another small quilt top not yet quilted. I' m dissatisfied with the lavender border squares and finally have some ideas on how to deal with them.

Eva said...: True, the lavender and black doesn't work, it just can't cope with the brilliance of the middle part which is gorgeous. Maybe replace it with something blue/red/yellow, too? I'm afraid, not much can be done to integrate the border as it is. The double nine patch is so convincing because of it's fractal mathematics. Lovely.; September 19, 2009 at 2:48 PM
