Apam Dinosour

Semalam mood nak buat apam pulak sudah mari..walaupun sampai kat rumah lepas ambik si tecik Aliff dah dekat pukul 9.30, tapi masih gigih nak mengukus apam dinosour ni. 

Sebenarnya nama komersil apam ni apam polkadot, aku je yang panggil apam dinosour..hmm..mungkin takde kaitan lah..tapi sebab blog aku suka hati lah aku nak bagi nama apa pun kan....

Anyway, resepi apam ni bersepah-sepah dah kat Internet ni so aku cuma mencuba dan ku kopipes je kat sini.







Bahan Binaan :-

  • 3 biji telur-dari peti sejuk(gred A)
  • 275 gm tepung gandum
  • 220 gm gula halus
  • 150 ml susu segar@susu cair
  • 3 sudu teh baking powder
  • 1 sudu kecil ovalette
  • filling-blueberry@strawberry@apa2 ikut citarasa
  • pewarna 
 
Cara Pembinaan : -
  1. masukkan semua bahan apam kedal mangkuk mixer dan pukul dengan kelajuan maksima sehingga kembang
  2. bahagikan adunan kepada beberapa bahagian,kemudian titiskan pewarna mengikut pilihan
  3. masukkan setiap adunan berwarna kedalam piping bag
  4. picitkan adunan ke dalam mangkuk kertas-setengah sahaja
  5. letakkan filling secukupnya-nak senang masukkan dalam plastik kemudian picitkan
  6. picit lagi adunan sama @ warna berbeza sehingga hampir penuh.
  7. last sekali dot-dot kan dengan warna pilihan,kemudian kukus selama 10-15minit @ sehingga masak   

 Since guna papercup besau, maka dapatlah dalam 20 biji.

I Say Cheese I Saw Strawberry

Masa blog walking kat dapur-dapur Chef tersohor tu jumpa lak resepi Blueberry Cheese Muffin yang nampak sungguh menarik hati. Tapi nak gi beli blueberry memang agak malas so kita turn the recipe upside down, guna je bahan yang ada. Since balance strawberry masa wat Red Velvet Cake tu ada lagi, maka jadi lah Strawberry Cheese Muffin pulak. Resepi kopipes je dari sini.


Strawberry Muffin

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups self-raising flour, sifted
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 100g butter, melted, cooled
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, lightly whisked
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 150g fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 60g cream cheese, cut into 12 cubes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons blueberry jam

Method 

Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a 12-hole 1/2-cup capacity muffin pan. 

Combine flour and sugar in a bowl. Make a well in the centre. 

Whisk butter, milk, egg and vanilla in a jug. Pour into well. Add blueberries and gently fold until just combined. Half fill muffin holes with mixture. Top each muffin with a cream cheese cube and 1/2 teaspoon jam and cover with remaining mixture. 

Bake muffins for 15 to 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the top half of muffins comes out clean. Stand in pan for 5 minutes. Turn muffins onto a wire rack to cool slightly. Serve warm.

Cukup buat bekal sekolah Dalea 2 hari, balance maknya bawak gi kursus.

Nak Bagi Resepi Omputeh Lah Hari Ni

Salam semua,

Hui, dek kesibukan menjadi pelajar semula ni maka hapdet pun semua ringkas-ringkas je lah, tak dan nak merapu sebab otak pun dah makin tepu sekarang ni.

Ok, kali ni nak bagi resepi yang berkhasiat untuk tatapan semua ya. Kualiti gambar memang sangatlah tidak memuaskan sebab seringlah di snap seawal 6 pagi di ruang dapur dengan mata yang masih kelat lagi. Maka, paham-paham je lah ye.


Pagi ni buat Vegetable and Tuna Tarts. Resepi ni dapat dari buku resepi Eat Right oleh Rohani Jelani (Bayan Indah Culinary Retreat). Saiz hidangan ni ikut lah bahan ujikaji kat rumah ya, kalau ramai, boleh lah buat banyak, kalau sikit macam aku ni, tok sah lah ikut sangat resepi ni, boleh  lah reduce portionnya.

Bahan:-

4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
15 slices Wholemeal Bread
1 onion chopped
100 g tinned or fresh button mushroom sliced
100 g spinach
100 g tinned tuna flakes drained
3 eggs
150 ml low fat milk
20 cherry tomatoes, halved
30 g cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
salt and pepper 

Cara :-

1. With a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread as thinly as possible.
2. Cut each slice with a circle cutter that can fit into small tart tin or muffin tin

 Macam ni lah lebih kurang.

3. Brush both sides of bread with olive oil and press firmly into the base of each tin.
4. Bake in a preheated oven (180 C) for 10 minutes. Set aside.
5. Over medium heat, saute onion with 2 tsbp Olive Oil, stir in mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add spinach, stir and then add tuna flakes.
7. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
8. Divide evenly among the bread tartlet

9. Beat eggs and milk together, season lightly with salt and pepper.
10. Pour mixture over vegetables, top with halved cherry tomatoes and a sprinkling of grated cheese.
11. Bake again for another 15 minutes or until filling is set.

Ok, dah siap, boleh di ngap dengan jayanya.
