Grandpa!
Grandpa came back to St. George with Jen and Michael for 3 days. Daniel and Mya were feeling pretty punny with colds but I think he still had a good time. Mya only wanted mom when she didn't feel good... but she came around and gave Grandpa some love'n. On Sunday we spent about 4+ hours playing at the park soaking up some sun and flying Julie's kite. Haleigh and Michael took him on a really long bike ride in the nice warm weather that ended in a flat tire for Grandpa. oops. I hope he was still thankful for the exercise! And he and Michael hit probably 1000 baseballs at the batting cages! The kids couldn't wait to take him to Pirate Island pizza, too! Then Ju, the kids, and I took him back to Vegas where he had to cash in... and catch his plane. Thanks for coming Grandpa! Next time we'll try and all be feeling better.
March Madness Mtn. West Tournament
Michael got to skip school this past week for 3 days and go to Las Vegas with Aunt Jen where they met up with Grandpa and all his old basketball buddies from UW for the Mountain West NCAA tournament. He loved it. It's always fun to cheer along with all the WYO fans! Needless to say though... he came home wearing his new UTAH shirt! He got to do some fun things like going out to eat, bowling, shopping, and ROLLER COASTER RIDING at NYNY! Thanks Grandpa and Jen for including him in your totally fun adventure.

Home Run
Michael's next "thing" is baseball, starting any day now. So this evening he was talking about how excited he is to play and he asks me, "Mom, do you think if I hit a home run they'll have an extra ball so we can keep playing?" and instead of saying 'you just worry about hitting a home run and THEN we'll worry about getting another ball'... I said, "yah, they have a lot of balls sitting around from when you warm up at the beginning of the game." :) I hope he hits one out of the park!

Crazy Mixed Up Day
This week the kids have been celebrating Dr. Seuss's birthday, and today was crazy mixed up day. ? So here they are. (I thought it was sweet of them to share their soccer socks so they would each have one.)
What are we going to do?
The weening process has begun and so I tried to give Mya a bottle of whole milk yesterday and this is what she did with it...I don't know what to do. A kid her age should be able to drink an 8 oz bottle in about 5 minutes. (at least Michael and Haleigh could) but she doesn't even know what to do with the bottle! :) And when she does get it turned the right way she just chews on it! Guess we'll try the sippy cup!
Signs of Spring
We were SO excited to see one of our trees that we planted in the fall blooming! Yeah! We didn't kill it!
These little flowers are in my front flower bed and they are blooming! My Cana lilies are coming up all over the place too! I'll transplant some to the back of the house I think. Today Daniel is plowing over all the bmx bike hills in back of our house. (Hope our house doesn't get egged by the hoodlums who built them.) And he's also going to start putting the garden in since...
We've started our garden! We've got peas, carrots, green onions, basil, 3 varieties of lettus, and tomatoes! It's like a salad! And I plan on cucumbers, cilantro, & zuchinni! I don't have a green thumb... but my Grandma and my mom do... so maybe a little will rub off!
Howdy Partn'a!
Your gonna have to break your neck to watch this video, but it's worth it. Toy Story came out when Michael was little and Woody has been one of our favorite toys, his hat is even around here somewhere.
