Went out with my mum to get a new bag....weird cause like sch life end le then go buy bag...wahaha...bought a crumpler backpack cause my mum wan me to use a bag which have zip to store my passsport when I go japan...LOL...

And received my JLPT result...damn happy, cause I thought I will fail my jap cause I seriously dunno alot of question during the test...Like miracle sia...ok la, the writing part is seriously bad...the listening help pulled up my score by alot...guess constant listening to jpop and watching jap drama helped up alot...


Alot planned after tmr, whether at home or gg out...cant wait for the FYP presentation to be over...

GG to start on reading "Eclipse"....read one chap le...

GG to finish watch Kekkashi and other anime I gt from my cousin more than 1 yr ago....

GG to finalise the Itinerary for the trips, gt all the place we wan to go le, but need to complete our research on transportation, to find the most cost-saving and time-saving methods...

GG for SLS/AMP chalet....

Took my last paper this afternoon....

Gt a damn bad bad bad feeling for all my papers.....

Monday paper is hell for me alr, and tues paper turn out to be worse...today paper is seriously even worse than the first 2 paper add together.

WAH! I DUNWAN TO REPEAT POLY!!!

I gg to die for proteomics...
I gg to die for Drug dicovery and development
I go to die worse of all for Genomics...


I doubt I can even get GPA of more than 3 this sems....wahhhhhhhh....Like that hw to go Uni....

feeling damn negative now....


Will only be "unofficially graduate" after next mon FYP presentation...wah.....

GG to slack for the weekend, and full-blast go out next week!!!! woohooo

Membrane of the ER has a hydrophobic lipid called dolichol phosphate. The phosphate group of this lipid lies on the membrane surface facing the cytosol.

Synthesis of lipid-linked precursor: An oligosaccharide is added to the phosphate group of dolichol forming a lipid-linked precursor. This is followed by membrane translocation of the lipid linked precursor into the lumen. After this, there is addition of more sugar residues.forming a 14 residue oligosaccharide

Glycan transfer: At the same time, there is polypeptide synthesis in the ribosome. The polypeptide extends into the lumen. The oligosaccharide is from the lipid linked precursor is then transferred to an asparagine residue on the polypeptide by a process called glycan transfer.

Trimming and processing: Following this is a process of trimming where three sugar residues are removed by enzymes. At the same time the polypeptide folds. The glycoprotein is then transported to the Golgi apparatus in membrane-bound vesicles.

Further trimming and terminal glycosylation: The oligosaccharide on the protein is subjected to further trimming and other sugar residues are then added in a process called terminal glycosylation.

OMGOMGOMGOMG!!!! BoA finally released her 7th Jap album "Identity" after 2 years!!!! Quite a big differences between her previous jap album and eng album in this new album. Her music seems more mature and also quite relax. I actually loving all the tracks in this album.

I were listening to her new album while studying for BMP CT on tuesday night, and ended up focusing on listening to her songs instead.....so if i fail....wahahaha...

Addicted with Possibility too! One of the best duet sang with style sia....

I so gonna check out whether BoA wrote the lyrics for "Neko Love" cause it sort of show how she feel as a artist in the lyric...from what i heard la, very long never study jap alr, so maybe I translate wrongly in my brain...Actually all the songs is nice la, so I recommend all the song!!! wahaha....Getting used to her short hair la, kind of look stylish...wahaha

I so going to buy this album once it come out in singapore, for some reason, BoA album always drag for a few week to a month before it come to s'pore....So sad that she wont be able to get consecutive seven No.1s in the oricon chart, but well I still support her!

And Koda Kumi released her 3th Best of album and her 8th album titled "BEST ~third universe~ & 8th AL "UNIVERSE". The cover is kind of cool as she sit in the same position looking at her 2nd best of album booklet, like so cool.

So the album have managed to reach no.1 in Oricon weekly, making her 4th consecutive No.1s if i nt wrong....but she just lucky cause she hit No.1 on the first day and sesequently hit no.2 cause of kimura kaela Best too...But I like koda more...Hate the idea of combining the best with the album...cause I gt all her previous album except for "Black Cherry"....going to cost more when i buy the album....$$$$!!!

I rmb saying or rather blogging that I will buy her new album cause of one song "faraway" last year. AND AND AND, This album dunhave the song!!!! super wth sia....cause I dun really like the sesequent singles released by her....lucky "come back to me" is addicting enough, and started liking "lick me" after watching her performing live of the song.

The song in the album appear to be quite act cute pop-rock, some rnb and ballads...the only song i can rmb in the album is "Stay" which is quite a nice ballad....So maybe the best is needed to make the album sells....still prefer "black cherry" and "Kingdom" where almost all the song can be considered a-sides, and also "trick" where almost all the song is nice. The best universe is best to listen cause is seriously all the nice tracks by her....

Been doing review on jap album...shall do some review on english album...been addicted to this two album recently....

Addicted to Carrie Underwood "cowboy Casanova"! Damn funky, catchy and not that country-like. I think the lyrics for "temporary home" is very well written as well, she sing it as it she telling us a story, every new verse is a new story and the way she sing is damn nice. Damn cool! I like this kind of song!!! Recommend "Mama's song", "Quitter" and "Someday When I Stop Loving You" from the album too.

This must be Alicia Keys most pop album to date and I loving it. There also alot of strong RnB ballad such as "Try Sleeping with a Broken Heart" and "Doesn't Mean Anything". The intro of "That's How Strong My Love Is" sound very classical-like, but then it also damn nice...woohoo...I like the number of ballads in this album.

CNY eve

Had a super long sleep...Went queensway shopping centre to find new shoes but didnt get any in the end...But gt one new jacket! woohoo...damn cool...but damn ex...$65(U.P is $70+)...GG to wear it to go japan...nt for new year...wahahaha...so hot sia...I like buy a new jacket/hoodies every year sia

Watch 2epi of cruel temptation..damn addictive, wah, must psycho myself not to watch it till exams finish....

Reunion dinner were simple...my mum cooked chicken rice only cause this yr, we nt eating at grandparent/uncle house again....i think it will stay this way le ba...

Went grandma house after dinner, lol, cause the rest of the relative went there alr, so like alot of ppl the in house till I dunno to greet who first....ended up stop greeting after being ignored as well, cause like no one hear or rather care...

Went play sparkler with my cousin this yr again...this yr with one of my cousin bf as well...lol...she the first one out of we four to get attached....feel weird but well....

CNY Day 1

Wake at nt that early, ate breakfast, went up my aunt house located 3 storey above my house to "visit"....and they came down to my house to "visit" as well....Next were walking together to my grandparent house located a few block away...

Happy CNY!!!! And Valentine's Days....

Nope, No valentine for the 20 consecutive yrs....and not gg to visit others for Ang Bao....

Should be gg out, take some photos b4 heading home and slack....

And Need to study seriously sia, esp since my mind go blank from LSSS final test...zzz....seriously dunno wat to study, and the qn come out in all those i nv study part....zzz

Ah....2 more week till graduation....hope i can graduate successfully.....

33 more days to Japan...cant wait....

woohoo...the $$$ from angbao gg to be used up soon....

OMG!!! Izanagi is a technique used in Naruto!!! Wahahah..Izanagi is getting famous!!! woohoo and I used it first...wahaahaaha

The first FC we performed together...that time still gt alot of members...then slowly left SLS/AMP in less than 6 months...

I filled up the online application form to apply for NTU just now...and I completed all the section in the form....And I click close instead of submit....

Wah...cause I damn unsure sia...should I really continue with science???? But then again, all the other course like I cant get in with my grade...I not even confident in getting into the course I wan to....last yr GPA for Biological sciences intake were 3.29, and my GPA is 3.28 only....And I pretty sure that the only course I would like to take from all the other choices...

the double degree in biomedical and traditional medicine sound interesting too...but my dad gt diploma in traditional chinese medicine from the same place in beijing too, like damn LOL...so dun think I wan to take it...And bsc in education (science) seems easy to get in, but I dun think I am suitable to be teacher, so out...zzz

5 choices, and I only know the one choice I wan to take...."Chemistry & Biological Chemistry" seems ok....but like chemistry leh....I still not that good in chem....like if study, confirm die sia cause my foundation not good at all...

Wah...guess I should discuss with my parent again before deciding....Seriously hope I can get in...

Been planning the jap trip for month alr....If everything go right, should be sticking with the itinerary below....Hope everything turn out right, cause been putting in alot of effort researching and trying to make all the schedule fixed.

booked the hotel from 17Mar to 21Mar and from 30Mar to 1apr in asakusa alr. some ulu but cheap hostel. Booked a hotel in Jimbocho from 23Mar to 27 Mar and a hotel in Hatagaya from 27Mar to 30Mar. What left is the confirmation email from Porto hostel in Yokohama....

Alot of side trip along the way, like yokohama, Hakone, Kawagoe and Nikko for the edo wonderland....like different prefecture...but i dun mind (cause is my suggestion la)...since like go there alr, might as well experience the different culture and place that are still within reach and dun really cost much.

I like Hakone scenery alot!

I like edo wonderland where u can dress up as ppl from edo period (Samurai, Ninja, etc) and I gg for the ninja if possible...

And Kawagoe very jap feel, and i wan ring the big big bell...

Yokohama for the fuji-high Q...I wan take the roller coster ride, the most no. of turn for a roller coster...I nt sure whether it still the no.1 though..

I also almost memorised all the subway in tokyo alr lol...like I sort of can estimate where is where alr...lol....too much research till my head damn jappy...

Everything starting to fall in place alr...so hope everything turn out well since I alr spent like $1K before even gg to the place...gonna revise all my jap before gg to prevent communication problem since I forget all the vocab, sentence structure and grammar alr..

1 more month left! JAPAN, WAIT FOR ME!!!!

Last week were pretty much chaotic...

wed...

Had to rush my fyp....cause deadline were on thurs...do till 3am before i were satisfied (close to) with it...

Next is rush on WISP reflection....zzz till 4am...

Only have time to sleep for 2hour when some idiot email gt problem, cause me to wake up and on the modem twice before he received that email.....

Thurs...

WISP presentation early in the morning....like damn chui....wahaha....I finished my part in less than 2 min i guess...totally cmi...nvm...

Went for UTM project discussion and discussion with the lecturer...

Went for K session with wave....ym pangseh us! LOL....anw, managed to try all those new new song i never sing b4 in k...wahaha...seriously is one whole list of songs sia...and also some jap song....wrong key? nvm, i just reduce the pitch, confirm one of them match mine...wahahha...coolcool cool! lazy to change my pitch le...jux straightaway change the song de easier!

Fri...

Lesson like damn short, 2hr lec only...

Went back home to change into spec and shorts....

return to sch for cca...gt GENUS ppl came and promote for their concert...

the song we play is....first time see the score...didnt know the timing is fast...so within 2 line, I were kick out le...lol...at least the rest managed to cover sia...wahahaha...

Went off at 9pm for night cycling...


And seriously, night cycling is a test of ur perseverance sia. My joint and butt like damn pain from the cycling sia....30km...lol....first time taking this PCN route...but fun chatting with those ppl I seldom talk to nowsaday...

the moment i saw the finish point, i seriously feel damn happy sia! dunnid to cycle anymore, cause the last route, I like no strength alr....lol...the retribution for not exercising regularly.

trip finished at 6am....but went home only at ard 7....and reached ard 8.30....



shower and sleep for 5h and get dragged out by my mother to go buy hp...ok la, i also wan to buy, so let her drag me lol...

went tiong look at the phone....Satios, tried playing with it in the sony ericsson shop, like damn hard to control leh, without the keypad...so decide to get X2 instead...

Went over to bugis to buy...omg sia, the queue, i took the no. at 4.30, and 1hr later, the no. only moved up by 4 ppl...still have to wait for 15 more ppl...lol...damn slow...after waiting for close to 2 h, gave up and tried gg to iluma see whether gt any singtel shop...lucky gt sia....

And so, my family of , bought 3 hp back home....one for me, one for my bro cause he forget take his phone of his pocket and ended in the laundry---spoil...and one for my dad cause his phone button break...

I seriously feel like fainting due to lack of sleep alr at that time...imagine 2 night not sleeping properly alr...

Went chinatown to eat, cant find space, ended up walking to some ulu coffee shop far far far away from the place we stop...lol...trying to make me sick lol...

Finally reached home, play play phone abit, go shower and sleep! LOL...9pm...first time sleep so early....with bonus sia, nightmare throughout the night!
