Okay, house season 4 episode 6 is taking FOREVER to load. Am tireddd. Shopped for tomorrow's gift exchange, had a nutella crepe and mushroom soup from saybons, then had a spicy sausage at taka's basement, almost bought anthony horrowitz's snakehead (AHHHH ! I WANNNT ! rah. I also want to read Stephen Colbert's I Am America), was late in meeting (ex) avenue six. Dj had already left so it was zx, yl, yt and frankie. Had a pepper dinner then just sat around and talked at a playground near mark's place. Then we went to his house where we met max (silky terrier) who REALLY redefines hyperactivity. Kinda scary, haha. I'm glad clara's... lazy. Lols.
Okay great. The episode hung on me. ARRRRGH. Meh, just as well. I'm falling asleep. I hope I get to do the modules I want. Tourism, geographies of social life, Christianity in world history and intro to theatre studies/lit/soci. Pity the exam for animal behaviour clashes, rah. Tomorrow will see a full pten reunion at last :D

I got a sneak preview of the goodies to come on sistic.com (site is being quite a bitch really =/) and 2008 smells quite good at the moment ! Assuming of course, unlimited finances. I'm already watching Beauty World next week.. I want to catch We Will Rock You (featuring songs from Queen) and Maroon 5 is coming to Singapore ! AHHHHH ! But they are oh so expensive ! ARGH !! We shall see how it goes yeah..
My last few days of 2007 will also be quite action packed.. With lunch with ms zhu on sat and then an outing with (what used to be) avenue six. Sunday's pten day ! Hopefully my parents will let me stayover.. On monday I'll be meeting my favourite lianzys for a probably museum trip (greek exhibits from the louvre !) and then there's a potluck at gerald's later on but I have a feeling I'll only bring either pots or luck again. Lols. I hope to see the stalkers soon ! Haven't seen any of them in eons..
My post christmas activities have generally just consisted of three things. Watching ghibli (thanks gwei ! =D), watching House (new addiction !) and napping. Hurhur, I'm not complaining. Thanks qua for following me to get my film yesterday.. Quite okay methinks, I shall scan some of the cooler ones when I'm not feeling so lazy (meaning never). I confess that I'm still too lazy about sending out christmas/new year cards and messages. That's just me. Becoming the very kind of person I dislike. Bah, sorry if I don't answer your messages ! =X
This is random but clara is adorable when she tries to get to sleep and shuffles around with the rug.
Still in denial and I realised that one of the complaints choir performances clashes with a casual concert I want to watch ! Argh ! =S I shall see how that one goes man.. Okay, should probably head to bed. My home's a disaster zone honestly. Bah. Quenster, I'm grateful for your phone ! (: And THANK YOU for all the presents and well wishes, I do so feel very bad. You know, it's been a whirlwind of music, shopping and festivities. I am exhausted and happy to say the least. Too tired to properly blog but I shall just mention how during the second caroling session at the York Hotel when we sang Away in a Manger, the second verse really struck me and all of a sudden a wave of emotion hit me. It goes something like
Be near me Lord Jesus I ask Thee to stay
Close by me forever and love me I pray
And it just struck me how God has really worked miracles in my life and how I want and need Him by my side always. (= So yes, I do have desires, dreams and aspirations but ironically (or not.. we are human after all) I am contented and thoroughly thankful to be blessed.

Quite exhausted. Had a very very painful virgin facial today. Splotches all over. )= Meh, I hope I am less pink tomorrow haha. Run through was alright.. Nothing significant. Joshua (our conductor) isn't gay after all (even though he has gayish shirts and has a fetish for touching his hair. anyhoo, it's a good thing. one up for the straight community ! =X and he's talented too lols) cos we overheard him announce that he's getting married next week or something haha. Which just goes to show that even gayish people are going to avoid the path of despondent singlehood ! Hahaha ! Seriously db, there's something wrong with us. On a related note, upon asking, Joey told me that the botak pianist is in his late 20s and (get this) MARRIED !!! Seriously, he didn't look that old, lols. MEH ! Talk about a bruised heart. ))),= Haha, darn..
Yayy for kiki, xunny, sally and quen cos I managed to coerce them into coming for Simple Gifts tomorrow despite it being so last minute. (= I suppose the fact that tickets are complimentary does help. Haha.. Darn, I am poor (at least 3 parties to attend and still haven't got gifts !) and craving for SUSHI. =S And I know my feet will die tomorrow. That is if I don't faint from the strain and blisters first. At least 45 minutes of straight standing in my court shoes ! Pbbfft. Not sure what my plans for tomorrow are but if I end up shopping with jianqi, a sushi lunch is in order ! Heh. I hope tomorrow night goes swimmingly well (=

More turquoise than blue hmmms.
Rather disappointed because we didn't practise much at all today. Just went through errors with gtchai and sang the carols with the orchestra. French horn player is not bad ! Guai looking with smallish eyes heh.
Highlight of the day was kboxing with pten (= 75% attendance ! -applauds- We were totally getting high on backstreet boys, westlife, abba (and other choir songs), the spice girls, macarena and best of all, aerosmith's don't want to miss a thing. Hurhur ! :D It was really quite costly ): but I think we all had fun (= Then we had a heart to heart talk. Okay, sharing more like. Actually just graces and kiki. Then some alamak madness in burger king. The taro pie lost the battle but won the war against the onion rings hoy ! Haha, funness.. Next outing soon please ! <33
Going for a facial with tmx and maybe adelle tomorrow. (yes yes, vain is vain is vain. and broke too.) Concert run through tomorrow night. Our conductor seems to me a cross between waising and dick lee. Hurhur, it's quite a compliment except he is slightly gayish. =/
And the good news for today is that I managed to drop my 2nd major ! HOHO. I shall have nothing more to do with the biz fac ever again ! Hoho. Unless come results I die a thousand deaths for marketing. Then I will throw a hissy fit and MEGA LOATHE the school. Haha. Till tomorrow !

Going to be quick. Tired. Went to the hairdresser's on saturday, got a trim and a blue streak in my hair. (seems more turquoise now though..) Had amadeus caroling prac (omg there are only 12 of us at the most and I have to sing sop2) then rushed to meet herrick and jianqi. Was joined by mich and quen and we all went to four seasons to watch them carol. Then kiki joined us and we all had dinner/dessert at wheelock's nydc. Had great fun catching up with her (:
Sunday was spent at our last magnificat prac in the national library drama centre. I do so love the high ceiling and floor to ceiling glass panels. Lovely view also, I can see the singapore flyer. Did not however, get to see the botak pianist. ),= Major sobs. As yuklum said, we're not fated. Meh. Then gtchai treated us to dinner and we headed over to his place to watch House. It is quite good actually. He's retardedly sarcastic and stubborn but a genius with the nicest eyes..
Spent today watching Hairspray on vcd, watching my brother play Nancy Drew on the computer and napping. Or rather, oversleeping to the point that I was late meeting yuklum. We had a combined prac with the orchestra (first time I'm seeing acjc) that lasted till around half past ten. So yes, I am quite exhausted. Diaphragm had a good work out.
Kboxing with pten tomorrow. Waddup with not replying my smses people ! >=( Not going to be a full reunion though ): Then prac again but without orchestra at night. Reminds me of play! all over again. It's going to be tiring but fun hur. The biz school is not replying my email to drop my 2nd major. Argh. Results will be out next week. Please let me get a B average.

I had another mighty scary dream. Sigh. I dreamt that for some reason my mother went on a rampage and killed my friends. She almost killed me too but didn't because she thought I was someone else and already hurt/dead. I could feel the blood dripping onto my back. (I have no idea why since she used a gun hmmms) And I spent the rest of the time living with a mother sentenced to either life imprisonment or a hanging. I don't know really. Must be because I read about the mass shooting a week or so back. =S I'm really clueless as to what God is trying to tell me. But it sure is hands down freaky. )=
Sometimes I really think my parents are impossible with their snarky comments and neverending nagging. So seeing as how I generally embody the worst (not sure about the best) qualities that they both possess, I can really understand why I'll be a liver spotted (or whatever you call them) geriatric with only an aged shetland sheepdog to love. HAHA. That sounds quite okay now. Maybe.
Anyway, on to less depressing stuff. Regina Spektor rockkks ! Her videos are fab. Go check out Us, Fidelity and Samson. Am rather lazy to blog about thailand. Except that it was more or less my first time with a tour group with my family. It was rather interesting (like the death railway and the summer palace) except for the places where they directly marketed their products (ie. the place that sold honey, bleagh). The food and the shopping were F A B U L O U S !!! =) Pten, we must go one day hokays ! I'm just going to post some of my nicer random pictures. I repeat, RANDOM.
This was one of the few rides I took at Siam Park. Some really run down themepark. Yes I know I am a chicken. Carousels are fun anyhoo !
Erms, the second day I think ? We visited the floating market (where they filmed antm ! cycle 7 was it ?) and had quite a cool boat ride.

I can't wait for our photoshoot day where we're going to lug our lomos and camwhore like mad. Plus sakae buffet, more xiaolongbao and a food trail. Not to mention Christmas parties with pten, dafc and choir hohoho. So much to do, so little time. School starts Jan 14th, meep.

Have been partayinnng since the end of finals. Mind Cafe with graces, qua, quen, db and quen's friend on weds. Shopping and din tai fung with graces, quen and quen's friend today. Plus tmx's birthday dinner plus tons of cam whoring at the glass house with adel, pong, ah huay, tmx and regina. Going to nus tomorrow to do a survey for ten bucks haha and then meeting gwei and some other darlings for Enchanted ! Will probably be dinnering with pten at vivo. Ho ho. Life is good !
Apart from the fact that my phone has died. >=( ANNOYED.

You know what ? I just don't feel like studying anymore. I just feel so blah-ed out. It's more of me being lazy and bored rather than being oversaturated. Especially for js which I feel I'm just going to sit for with a total blank of a mind. Seriously. Actually, thank God for the marketing textbook. It's some guide at least. (and it provides chapter summaries ! not bad) Blah. I feel so blah. I'm actually looking forward to magnificat prac. It's a different kind of stress. And yet at the same time, a form of stress relief.
Ahh and everything really sucks now because of my cramps. Argh.
As usual, I win hands down for disturbing dreams. Dreamt that my sister was either murdered or committed suicide after swallowing some pill. Scary eh.. =/ You can't blame me for being paranoid.

Omgahh, isn't this the cutest wallet ? I'm so into retarded stuff. On one hand I am a tee shirt and jeans person, on the other hand I always wish for the occasion (and high tolerance for pain) to wear a pretty dress and 3 inch heels.
Okay am exhausted and am giving up waiting for the office to load.
Had a nice fish & co dinner at the glass house with graces and quen. Mich was MIA and xunny was too tired. ): Ah wells, I had a great time though ! Live music, one too many birthday raps and a few blackouts. Can't wait for more food outings (: Graces, I'm chope-ing you for a sakae buffet !
Can't wait for weds. Screw you marketing. And I'm pretty much dead for js too. Lost my faith I suppose.. That plus I watched most of my movies only once =X Rah, apparently everyone around me eats only two meals a day and exercises. Goodness, everyone is obsessed with being skinny ! I absolutely detest it when people who are bloody skinny start going on about how they are freaking fat. HELLO GET A GRIP. I for one, do not believe in exercise, have three meals a day (not counting snacks and all) and know that I am slightly plump especially because of the two aforementioned facts and how my upper arms and thighs are grossly disproportionate and fat. Point is, let's just not have that I am fat debate yeah.
It's difficult to find shoes and clothes (especially bottoms) that fit when everyone's a UK single digit size. And I so do not like hopping onto the latest bandwagon but sometimes I really like what I see. It's really urgh sometimes. Now everyone's getting threadless shirts. I always see people in annoyingly similar little miss tees and black new future jeans. Bah. I must so.. maintain individuality. And accessorize. Or something.
I can't believe I am here discussing fashion and trends. No, I do not want to think about how this applies to marketing. Hmph.
