I had a couple of hours last night when I couldn't sleep. So I made a card. Just for fun! One I didn't have to think too hard on. I'll find a use for it soon I have no doubt. It will fit a number of occasions coming up in the next few months. I made it fir a few challenges whilst I was making it though :-)
No patterned papers just different textured card. I have used 2 different ribbons - a fluffy purple/black and 3mm satin orange ribbon on the tag. The writing/check list done with white gel pen.
The image is from Dilly Beans and they have a party themed challenge on this week - hence the check list. I coloured the image with promarkers and cut out with a nestie.
The black cat in the corner is a rubber stamp from Stamp it Crazy.
The sketch I used is from Eat, Sleep, Stamp sketch #165 and the colours were to fit the challenge over at Forever Night challenges.
That's about it.
Recap on the challenges that I'm entering this card into
Dilly Beans - Party
Forever Night - Colour challenge
Eat, Sleep, Stamp - Sketch # 165
Card Crafter's Circle - Tic Tac Toe. The middle line of Tag, Digi, Ribbon

Feeling Loopy
As Barb over at Stamp It Crazy rightly says.... there're times in our lives when insanity takes hold and a loopy phase takes over.
My entry into her "Feeling Loopy" challenge is this page in my art journal.
Great fun making the noose!
Using a variety of papers from different sources, chosen for the loops and swirls, I settled on this LO.
The image is Zambie from Stamp It Crazy sitting on a suitcase from Nana Vic's coloured with promarkers.

Gothic Fairy
A bit of a rush job on this one. I nearly forgot my Stamp It Crazy card.
Using one of the gothic fairy stamps from Stamp It Crazy, Pink backed black core-dinations, a length of ribbon and some glitter I put this all onto a card.
The light doesn't show the colours up very well unfortunately. As I said, the core-dinations has a pink core which the black was sanded off to expose after embossing and round the edges for good measure to distress.
The fairy was coloured with water colour pencils with some glittery gel pen on the wings and just a touch of glimmer dust. I fussy cut her out and attached to some card that I had dunked in watered down DI's in blue (Stormy Sky), purple (Dusty Concorde) and red (BarnDoor) and then finished off with black soot.
The ribbon is actually a very deep red but looks brown here. Some dewdrops in the corners are black, blue and purple but the red kind of hides the colour until you look from another angle. all layered onto lilac then black CS base
So this is being entered into the challenges at
Stamp It Crazy - the recipe
I was following the sketch over on Fairy Moon Crafts so will enter this there as well
Also at Aly's Sunday Challenge - Things with wings. We have the fairy and the butterflies.
Over on Magical Monday Challenge Blog they have a Gothic Angelz challenge. I don't know if this will qualify as she's a fairy not an angel but I'm going to give it a try.
Paperplay challenges have a "Back To Black" challenge. This not only uses a black base card but has plenty of black on the card so I am entering this card into this challenge
Flutter By Wednesday's Challenge this week is a free for all, as long as there is a fairy, angel or butterfly in there. This card is also being lined up there
Then there's the challenge over at Crafty Emma's challenge blog. This week is Angels and Fairies. This fits in just nicely.
Wags 'n Whiskers have a Fairy or Angel challenge as well to highlight their new releases
Stamping Royalty Blog Challenge is for "Things With Wings

Colorblind Christmas
You are to create a dark, Gothic, or Halloween-based Winter Holiday card WITHOUT using RED or GREEN...
Not even a teensie bit of it anywhere :)

Well this is "dark" hehehe
All dark blue, grey, black with a touch of brown.
The image is from Stamp It Crazy. Coloured using promarkers in shades of grey and black with that touch of browns. The sentiment is mine.
The BP is navy card stock, painted with a silver shimmer to which I have attached some house sillouette images and houses from MCS (a touch of blue distress ink added) and MS drippy goo borders.
A piece of navy organza ribbon to finish.
I am entering this into that challenge over on Haunted House Designs # 69.
Also entering into the Stamp It Crazy Christmas challenge where you must use one of their digis.
Also entering this card into Shannon's Sentiments Storefront for their "Create a Scene" challenge

HDH064 Butchered blueprint
A sketch that Barb has asked us to follow. Not the normal thing over at Macabre Mondays. A change is as good as rest they say. They are being sponsored by Limited Runs this week and 3 digis go to the winner.
I've had this image of Santa from Stamp It Crazy coloured in using promarkers for a few weeks just sitting waiting patiently for me to get round to it. This seemed to be the ideal opportunity.
So we have some deep maroon card for the base, then using my MS goo punch we have a dark blue spotty, then black then a paper from Crafty Choas from the rich autumn glory set printed onto pearlised paper. The glittery ribbon has been ruffled in a kinda zig-zag way. The candy cane was drawn by me onto card, and a lot of glossy accents after colouring. The "sentiment" is computer generated.
The style of base card is a "backwards" easel and a brad at the back to secure
I am also entering this into the challenge over at My Partner in Crafting Crime for their "marker challenge"

Pumpkinhead
I knew when I saw this new image from Tellen's Place, it would make the ideal halloween card for my grandson. The challenge over on StampitCrazy stirred me into making it earlier than maybe I would have. Ordinarily when entering a challenge I try to use that company's stamps, but crafting pennies being a bit tight at the mo ... you all know how that is. My apologies Barb.
So I have this little easel card to offer this week.
The front facing papers are from Crafty Chaos Designs.
The main image is Tellen's Place as is the big pumpkin in the group, taken from Sgt Pepper digi. All the other elements I'm afraid - the origin has been forgotten by me. I added some fibres hanging to give a spiders web feel to it.
Just right I think for a 4 yr old. Hope you like this as much as I enjoyed making it.
