Ok, so I'm finally posting after what feels like forever to most and, again, I feel as though I have nothing to post about. Though before I start, can I say to all those people who doubted I'd ever post again this century- Ha, and to all my dedicated Blog fans (a.k.a Jacintha & Amanda), thanks for those constant reminders about my dead blog.
First of all, I'll admit that the only reason I'm posting is because I'm procrastinating (again) and waiting for albums to download is getting annoying. Why we can't all have speeds of 400, I'll never understand. At present, i.e. early Thursday morning, I find myself right in the middle of probably one of the worst weeks I will/may ever have (unless a have relaxing Friday night and an awesome weekend- highly doubted).
It all started Monday morning in Geography. I shall not rattle on but get straight to the point: I HATE Geography. The only thing I could possibly hate more is our teacher... Then after another boring Commerce Double, where for once, I finished with Jacintha and a non- eventful lunch, we had a science test. Me, being blonder then Paris Hilton, got the FIRST question wrong! Like isn't that meant to be the easiest question in the entire God- damned test?! As if all this wasn't enough, we proceed to maths, where we learnt our grade from our last test. Guess what I got? A B!! This test was meant to be easy, that is unless you're a retarded freak like me who can't possibly add or spell for that matter.
....All that was just Monday. Tuesday was arguably much worse. We had to arrive at school by 6:45. Most people know that the only reason I'd ever arrive at school at 6:45 in the morning was if the world was coming to an end and Chace Crawford and I were the last remaining beings on the planet. Highly unlikely but nonetheless possible. So, then why was I at school so early? Because half our grade was attempting to travel to Canberra and vist the National War museum and Parliament House and return to school by 6 the same day! There I am at 6:45 at the bus bay, freezing my little fingers off. It took us 3 1/2 hours to reach Canberra. The bus ride there wasn't too bad, just horrible singing from our classmates behind to contend with. The only problem was I was getting cramped and every time I almost nodded off, I was interrupted by someone. Aus National War Museum was great. I sort of wandered though like a lost sheep.
Lunch and Parliament house were ok. Most people were disappointed because we missed out on seeing Kevin Rudd by about 2 mins. Then of course, there was the ride back where I was continually pestered by two VERY ANNOYING people. I could have honestly chucked both of them so far out of the bus, they'd reach Uluru. Then Jacintha's mp3 broke down (for god's sake and mine, please get a new one) which meant she was 'forced' to spend half the trip using my ipod. During that eventful time my Vogue magazine and 'bug eyed sunglasses' were passed around the bus, while, get this, people took pictures with them (i.e the sunglasses not the magazine) on? Like could you get any sadder? I bet you they're the same people that try on clothes in stores and then take pictures so they can post them on facebook. I think everyone else spent more time reading the magazine then I did.
If there's anything I hate, it's being advised on a matter that someone obviously has no clue about. Like when someone tells you your jeans don't go with that new shirt you bought, when they're possibly in the worst mis-matched outfit ever! I don't mind if they know what they're talking about but otherwise- KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!
Wednesday, I suppose was no where near as bad in comparison to Monday and Tuesday. P.E we did cross- country, which, surprisesurprise, I actually find enjoying. History was well, History. VD was good. I'm behind but slowly catching up. The only thing was we had an assignment due that day and she chose that day to tell us it was delayed. Netball was, for once, Great! (Though not if you ask Ms Abrahmams). We finished early and by 2:15 I was at home with a cup of coffee in hand and chicken nuggets and BBQ sauce in the other.
Anyway, I think I've ranted more then Jacintha usually does. So until the next time I decide to post (could be anything from tomorrow to next year, so don't keep high hopes).
Love From Megan

Thirst Quencher
Okay, so my latest obsession this summer happens to be that ridiculously-over-priced-yet-so delicious Glaceau Vitamin Water. I particularly like the orange flavour (deemed to be essential). Has anyone read the labels on these bottles? They're hilarius. They're meant to be packed full of Vitamin and being water, actually good for you. Through at $3.80/ 500mL is it worth it?

The Mascara
As many of you may have known, over the past couple of weeks, I've been testing various products for the summer party season.
Well, today I'm finally excited to announce the ultimate schoolgirl-party mascara. After months of road-testing, numerous trips to Towers, a completely blown-up budget and the help of several mags (Dolly and Girlfriend NOT included), I believe I've found it. The Mascara: Max Factor Masterpiece Max Mascara, $22.95. For great definition and volume. While I have to admit there are products that offer more volume (but no where near the same definition) but for the summer months and girls our age; huge, thick and bold eye lashes aren't very practical (especially if it's a poolside party or the heat is killing). The cons: well, it isn't water-proof. But then again, I've never needed a mascara to be. Number One Tip: Do not wear to bed. Result: Smudged Eye lashes and probably a case of Panda Eyes.
Gossip Girl is finally hitting free-to-air-television which means for those of you, who like me, don't have FoxTel will be able to watch it. (Season 1) Finally airs on Dec 3 Nine Network @ 10:30. Definitely worth staying up late for! And while we're on the subject, The Hills, spin off of Laguana Beach will also be airing on the Nine Network. Starts Dec 6, though at 12:30 on a Sat? Not the best time! Most of us are just getting up, at Towers , recovering from our summer sport or at stupid family friend get-togethers to watch this. What a shame :(
In other news, what the hell is up with the weather? First it rains, then it's sweltering hot and sunny, then a sun shower? Weird and Wacky............

Ok, So I know it's been forever since I last posted (Just over 2 months, in fact) but frankly I had better things to do and was on holiday. Since the latter was almost a complete waste of time, I won't bother saying much about it.
In other news MoS just released Anthems II and I REALLY want it. Though I don't reckon I'll be able to download anything 'till next week. So to make me feel better, I'm downloading Trance Anthems instead. Almost as good as Anthems. Actually, I can't believe I haven't downloaded it sooner. It's meant to be a pretty good album. If you ever want an intro to Trance/House/Electro/Electronica, then this is the CD. And yes, I know most people (who don't have a clue about this genre) believe that Electro and Electronica are the same but believe me there's a huge difference.

I Hate Packing!
You know what I really hate? Editing CDs. It takes forever! I don't think there was ever a more boring job. Oh yeah, well apart from packing. I mean how the heck am I supposed to know what to take? It's 5 weeks. That's a lot of tops and bottoms, but somehow just about everyone in my family is surviving on 10 of each. Yes, you heard me, just 10! They said something about mixing and matching and it being so much more efficient. I couldn't believe them! I was like 'we're going to be there for 5 weeks which is like 35 days and you all expect to manage on 10 shirts!' They're obviously insane. Although I have to admit, I might have gone a bit overboard. 50 items isn't that bad though..........
Only three measly days left! What on earth am I going to do???? I haven't slept properly in ages and my ankles are so sore. Plus there's netball tomorrow. Yay! We're finally away! I've only used that stupid bus pass like twice. The best part is almost no one does rec sport so they're all on the bus with us! And Jacintha's coming over! B.T.W If you manage to read this before tomorrow, we're probably getting hot chips!
Went to Towers on Sunday and spent like an absolute bomb! Now officially majorly broke. Where on Earth would I be without my extremely wonderful friends? I'm going to miss everyone so damn much. And I'm going to miss the holidays! Who will poor Mandy go to Towers with? I mean there's always Jacintha but she's just not as fun as me!
And now I'm terrifically happy because my Anthems CD finally finished downloading. Yay!

9th September 2008
Yeah, ok, it's been a while since I last posted but, what can I say, I'm a busy person. So today, for the second day in a row, I'm sick. My stomach feels like it's on a roller coaster and yesterday just about every muscle I had was on fire. Especially my throat, I could swear I had fever. The worst part is I could barely complete English. Luckily for me, Mum convinced me or rather forced me to do most on the weekend so I didn't have much left. Now all that's left is History! Shouldn't be that hard. Feel like such a slob and am soo tired it's not funny. Oh well, sadly enough I will be forced to return to school tomorrow, I don't think I can miss another day.
Oh yeah, I'm fifteen now, Yay! Hardly feels like it though. Oh, and I finally got an Ipod classic. Was really happy about that, even though I'm now in deep debt with Mum. Anyway, this weekend or this Thursday I have to go to Towers. Seriously I need to pack and have absolutely nothing to wear to India. Apparently, it's really hot there, which is great for me, since I love the sun!
10 days 'till I leave, I'm gonna miss everyone soo much!
