Candy, this is an adorable card! OMG I just love this technique to that you showed. I knew nothing about the paint. I am going to have to try that. I also have the Fiskar's tool, but have never really known what to do with it. This was a great video for me to learn from. The little girl image is so cute too. I just might have to get that cart.
