I found a few minutes to sew this morning before all the thanksgiving craziness started. It felt great to finish this quilt top! As you can see, I did add the mustard into the mix. I love what it adds! I almost chickened out, but I'm glad I went with it! The quilt top is 100 scraps: mainly chambray, denim, linen, gingham and a few wovens. Many thanks to

The name is perfect, I love it! :)
Because of the colours of this quilt it reminds me of the quilts my grandmother used to make out of men's wool suits. They were very utilitarian and warm with sheep wool batting that we made on the farm and then tied the quilt. Everyone had them on their beds during the winter. Thanks for the memories.
