Paper Piecing.. at Fab'n'Funky Challenges

Hello...hope your week is going well.

We have a fabulous new challenge for you over at Fab'n'Funky..Our lovely Pat has chosen the theme this week we would like to see your...

Paper Piecing

I enjoyed this challenge, not done any paper piecing for awhile now and reminded me how fun it is. I used one of my old Penny Black stamps called unfold to paper piece the flowers., coloured the leaves with Promarkers and added a Altenew sentiment and a few Nuvo drops to finish. Looking at it now wish I had mounted it onto a black card and added black Nuvo drops.

after a day in town today, just all the wrapping to do now...

Something a bit different

Hi all...Hopefully have now caught up with you all, really sorry if I have missed any one.

Todays card is a card I sent to Ruth of A passion for cards,who's Birthday was last week, knowing she's likes floral cards I dug out a Penny Black stamp called unfold and tried something a bit different for me,I paper pierced the flowers and added some Antia's 3D clear Gloss to bring it to life a bit (not showing up very well in photo) so strange to make a card with out promarkers now lol...

Hi all...This month sees the start of a new challenge blog Ready-Teddy-Go challenge....How exciting to have a new challenge blog to follow and play along with,I just love Bears.

For the month of August the theme is Buttons & Bows,and of course you must use a  Bear image,so out came my new Penny Black Transparent set called Eat cake,there is two really cute bears in this set....My Mother-in-law gave me her tin of all the old buttons she has collected up over the years,including buttons of old clothes that my hubby wore when he was a little boy lol..
