A soft mini blanket for Christmas

I made this soft mini blanket for all children who love to carry one everywhere. So this is one is special for Christmas time.

I put a handle with a wave ric rac

and a lot of ribbons, penguin ribbon, all my love ribbon, vintage happy Christmas, mini heart ribbon, mini check ribbon and mini satin ribbon.

Just to say...

A card just to say Have a happy return to work, school... Reopening is tomorrow for teachers and on tuesday for pupils in France so I have a thought to us because I am one of them!

Ribbon Jewelry with Leah Tees

Hello everyone, this was supposed to be my challenge piece for the pearls, ribbon and charms challenge at the beginning of the month, but due to unforeseen circumstances I wasn't able to post it then.  So, here it is now!

I created this vintage looking necklace using the Flower Blocks sheer ribbon, and heat embossed the edges with fuschia embossing powder.  If you would like to see more details about this project, please visit my blog:  Ode to Paper.

I am so excited that this piece will be published in Scrap 'n Art's July issue!  Picture will be replaced in September ;)

Note Block with Birds

Hi Guys!  Laura here today.

I found this kraft note block hanging around and thought I'd jazz it up with the bird ribbon from the Vintage range.

It's a really simple makeover, but as the ribbon goes so well with the brown of the kraft I didn't think I could do anything else to make it better!  Sometimes simple is all it needs!

The Little Things

Hi Guys!  Laura here today.

I'm here to share a little notebook.  It's only 75mm by 105mm so perfect for handbags or pockets.  I don't know about you, I'm always writing little things down so I don't forget them.  I thought the new vintage ribbons sentiment made the perfect front cover!  I've layered it over some gold ribbon from a ribbon pack.

And on the back I've used a few strips of the script ribbon.
