Sweet & Simple Holiday Card

Here is a little Holiday card I made the other day. I love this DP! I have a serious problem with buying-up (and hoarding) nice DP! I am trying to use it as I buy it. Let's face it, after a few weeks it gets buried in a pile and I forget about it! So, in my latest effort to buck my own trend here is a card using DP I actually purchased THIS week!

First Halloween card of the season!

I sat down last night to attempt to make some cards, but couldn't get my groove going. I played around with my new flocking powder- it was a little tricky to get the right consistency, but the more glitter I added, the better.
BTW, I had an AWESOME card swap night at my house Friday night. Wonderful cards- yahoo! I will have to post some pics of the cards (soon, I hope) to share with all of you! Thanks to all of my very creative buddies for making such fun cards!

My first Holiday Card {this year}

Happy Friday! I cannot believe that it is already time to begin designing my Holiday cards for this year! I realize that many of you have already begun...so here I go! I pulled out my new CB Sledding folder- isn't it cute? I think it looks fab on the Bazzil Shimmer CS too! I kept this one ultra simple and didn't even stamp on it.
