Well getting back to cards, here are my recent additions. This first one was made for a baby's blessing. After having trouble deciding on a picture and what papers to use it suddenly all fell into place and this is the result. A box was made for it also.
This next card is for my 'tea buddy's' twin boys who started secondary school last wk. I think this is the freebie digi image from Kenny K for September. I mirrored one image and then coloured with Promarkers.
This fairy is from Crafts U Print. It was purchased as an A4 picture which I then made background paper from. I used my Cuttlebug Dots as usual and finished off with ribbon which I coloured with Promarkers and flowers and brads.
I needed to make a friend of mine a card which was pink, had bling and included a pic of Taylor Lautner (???) Apparently this is the said person and she was pleased with the outcome.
Another card needed to have Take That in their early days on the front. As Im a Take That fan also how could I not have done it!! I used lilac backing papers and again the side of the card had Cuttlebug Dots embossed. A few gems were added also.
This card was made for another work colleague on her wedding day. The digi image is from Mo's Digital Pencil, coloured with Promarkers. The bride and groom's names were added along with the date of the wedding. As they are Polish I managed to get another friend to help with wording for the insert!!!!
This is another card for them from another work colleague. The image is pyramage and a box was also made to make it special.
My friend's son passed his bike test and I just so happened to get a picture of him on his bike from his Facebook profile!!! I made backing paper to match and he loved it!!
Finally this card was for my friend's dad on his 70th birthday. It shows a man on a riverbank and I just had to use this pic as it looked so much like him!!! I also used Cuttlebug Swiss Dots and card candy.
Thank you for taking the time to look at my blog. Any comments will be gratefully received and I will return the favour, thank you. Happy crafting until next time xx
