Sometimes you just need a simple card at hand with no sentiment and this is exactly where this card I have made will fit into my 'go to' collection :)   I used the super cute image Puppy Love - Heart String then went to town with the 'string or twine theme' hahaha.  Once the image was coloured with Promarkers I hunted out some orange twine and added it to the digi to create the hanging for the wee heart.  I then cut some more to the twine and added it to the top right to make the diagonal stripes.  The card looked pretty naked so I used some sticky back orange felt and cut the heart shape buttons finishing off with a few orange gems - it is certainly a very tactile card and hopefully will give the recipient a happy smile :)

One Person To Annoy

 'Wedding/Anniversary'

For my design creation I have used the Bugaboo image Stella Love - Person to Annoy.  Hubby and I don't give each other cards but this year will be our ruby wedding anniversary - I don't know where the years have gone :).  As a special treat I think I will give this card to him hahaha.  I guess there has been the odd occasion over the years when we have annoyed each, there has to be in reality but they are pretty insignificant, those off-days are of no real consequence compared to the amazing friendship we have, still able to laugh at ourselves too.

Promarkers used - coral, blush, solstice blue, cyan, pastel green, ice grey 1 3 &5, warm grey 5, crimson, red, walnut, cocoa and caramel. The background of the heart was air-burshed with champagne

Circles

The challenge this fortnight at I ❤️Promarkers is

 'Circles'

and the sponsor for this challenge is Bugaboo Stamps with $12 gift code for the Store 

For my design creation I have used the Bugaboo image Flower Doodle 2 Colouring Page.  The image was printed twice, one copy for colouring and the second copy to use as masking and for the flowers, 2 of which were cut out with a circle die and the other fussy cut.  I hot foiled the sentiment with silver but it is hard to see in the photo unfortunately as in real life really brings the card to life. Images were coloured with Promarkers with the addition of silver and turquoise Stickles on the flowers.  For the background I masked the leaves,  again using Promarkers and my air brushing attachment gave it a good spraying, the card base was also sprayed.  Once all the colouring was done I mounted the image on black and then silver which I had embossed with a leaf pattern.  Finally the flower tops were added with foam tape for a bit of dimension.
Promarkers used - Moss, Olive Green, Pesto, Holly, Pear Green, Bright Green, Orchid, Grey 4, Black, Aegean, Cyan and Cool Aqua.
