Origami Series // Introduction

Hello :) thanks for reading this introductory post of my new series- Origami!

Fancy the art of paper folding? Now it's immortalised in this Crafted By Mei line of photo charm jewellery, blended with the brightest, prettiest colours. Truly it's been a labour of love, I have lost count on the number of hours spent on editing and mixing the colours digitally, I sincerely hope you like them ;)

pictured above are the necklace pendants. Can you identify the images? :)

I settled on a single concept for the Origami series, whereby the beads are all arranged in the same way along with same type of beads, the difference are the photos used and bead colours that are matched to the images.
Each blogpost will consist of a matching bracelet & necklace set, they will be posted here on the blog daily for the rest of this week.

Lovestruck, Moonstruck & the Arrow series

Hello Monday!

This week I'll be hosting an arrow series,
everyday from Monday - Friday there will be a piece of jewellery incorporating arrow(s).
Pretty smitten with arrows lately, what about you? ;)

more gemstone love.....

I like to think yesterday's piece with the midnight blues, glitter & stars as the evening edition, as such I have made another piece using the same gemstones but with lighter accompanying beads as the morning version ;)

This round is in the form of a necklace, a whole new style I'm really loving!

So excited that here's a sneak peek first, will be back (hopefully today, if not tomorrow) with the full post once I get my photos done! 

• a new style means I have got to think of how to photograph it to show the entire piece, bear with me a little while ;)
