Progressed Sun at 11 Leo 31 in opposition to progressed MC at 10 Aqua 06 across the 11th-5th house axis. Pr. Sun and the MC entered the 5th/11th axis in 2012 during the Olympic Games in London. What is important right now is that both progressed horoscopic factors form square aspects to the natal placement of Mars at 11 Tau 46 in the 8th natal house. Taurus is the natural 2th house consequently a Mars in Taurus in the 8th house is all about economy, financials, common possessions, and the "what belongs to me and what to you" attitude. Mars under affliction implies anger and aggressiveness, fights and quarrels.  Especially an afflicted Mars in this placement symbolises a general climate of anger over financial issues and a strong inclination to fight and demand what we think that belongs to us ( Taurus) by others ( 8th house) ( = We want our country back ) 

configuration B

Progressed Moon at 15 Gem 31 in almost perfect conjunction with the progressed Ascendant at 15 Gem 29 both moving in Gemini and in the 9th house. In a national chart both Gemini ( the natural 3rd house) and the 9th house are associated with “public opinion” and a referendum is the ultimate expression of the public opinion. The Moon-Ascendant connection in this position implies that at the moment the expression of the population of the country ( Ascendant) is strongly influenced by their emotions ( the Moon). The sign of Gemini now implies dualism, two directions/roads ( = the referendum revieled a division of the population into groups of 2, “the young and the old”, “the workers and the elit”, the “English and the Scottish” etc. ) 

Now, both progressed Moon and the Ascendant form trines to the natal Venus in Aquarius and the 5th house. I believe that in real life terms this is manifested in the following way. The “first Gemini”, the “winners” celebrate ( 5th house) the independence ( Aquarius) of their country from the “dictatorship” of the E.U while the “second Gemini”, those who “lost”, express in any possible way their “love” ( Venus in 5th house) for the E.U which they perceive as a progressive Friends ( Aquarius )

That’s very important. The progressed North Node ( Moon’s Nodes) in the U.K’ s chart has moved backwards and is currently positioned in the 2nd degree of Aries ( 1 Ari 19 ) near the Aries Point opposing the U.K’s natal Uranus at 1 Libra 54 in the 12th house. It is my conviction that  Ebertin was absolutely right in his claim that in a horoscope the Moon’s Nodes are associated with “ large groups of people, alliances, societies, blood-ties, and related people”… Uranus is about sudden changes, reforms, rebellion, dissolutions and breakups.  Progressed North Node opposition Uranus in Libra in the 12th house ( = unconscious fears and forces leading towards disturbances/breakups of close relationships within a Union of related people). The connection with the Aries Point indicates that those “disturbanses” could have a “global impact”. And of course the big problem here is that the U.K is a Union of related people too. 

* Notice that the Full Moon 3 days before the referendum took place at 29 Vir 33 closely conducting the pr. position of the U.K’s Uranus ( 29 Vir 17 ). This Full Moon activated the Solar Eclipse of which took place in March 2015 at 29 Pis 33.

A somehow general but very important observation. Look at the concentration of progressed planets in the sign of Leo in the 11th natal house. Progressed Sun in the 12th degree of Leo, pr. Jupiter in the 15th degree of Leo, pr. Mercury in retrograde motion in the 16th degree of Leo and also the pr. Midheaven in the 11th degree of Aquarius ( natural 11th house). The 11th house is about hopes, new plans, expectations for the future etc. In political astrology the 11th house is related to the political scene of the country since political parties and politicians are those expressing the dreams, hopes and expectations of the people. So, what do we here now ? A concentration of planets involving Jupiter in the 11th house which express themselves through the sign of Leo. Jupiter in Leo in the 11th… Great Expectations… and political parties/politicians which express them ( = make Britain great again ! ).  There are two “issues” though here. The first issue is  that the 11th house does not guarantee that those expectations will be fulfilled, it is not an angular house and Leo is not a practical earthy sign. The second issue is that this planetary concentration takes place in the middle of the Mars-Neptune natal opposition in Scorpio/Taurus across the 2nd/8th house axis. Pr. Mercury and Jupiter square the pr. position of Neptune right now. In my opinion that implies that most of those expectations are just great lies based on fantasy and that there are political parties and politicians in the political scene of the U.K  leading the people on the wrong way.

Progressions - main configurations

Configuration A 

The configuration A refers to the most important influences in the E.U chart explaining much of the current events in the European continent.  In astrological terms the main reason describing the general state of things as well as the explosive events in Europe during the last years  is the hyper-activation of the exact natal square between the  Moon at 10 Tau 23 in the 8th house and Uranus in 10 Leo 49 in the 11th house. The Moon-Uranus square becomes even more important because it involves the Moon’s Nodes ( Moon opposition North Node) 

On one hand we have Uranus in the natal 11th house ( its natural house) an influence that promotes  altruism, humanism, solidarity and any progressive idea for a better world.  On the other hand we have the Moon in Taurus and in the 8th house. The Moon in Taurus in the 8th strives for security ( mainly material/financial), peace, comfort and permanence. The same placement implies a powerful sense of “belonging”, deep emotional connection with our possessions as well as a strong form of (usually) healthy conservatism. Unfortunately those two horoscopic factors form an almost perfect square to each other and this creates great tension within the Union. In real life terms Uranus in the 11th is represented by the  followers of the “progressive left”, liberals, and in its extreme form by radicals and rebels. Those are the forces promoting what has been known as “Globalisation”. The Moon in Taurus now is represended  by the followers of the “ right wing conservatism”  patriots, nationalists, and in its  extreme form by fascists/neonazis, those are the forces that reject “Globalization”. The political tension in Europe during the last couple of years  is the result of the conflict between those two powerful forces. 

The movement of the progressed Ascendant currently positioned at 10 Sco 23 ( 2nd natal house) in perfect opposition to E.U’s natal Moon and in exact square aspect to the natal Uranus gives the answer to the question “ why all this happened during the last 2-3 years?”. In mundane astrology the Ascendant represents the people of the country ( in E.U’s case  the peoples consisting the Union ). That means that at the current moment the entire European population is somehow forced to participate in this Moon-Uranus “internal conflict” that was present since the birth of the Union. 

Even more important than the progression of the Ascendant is the progressed movement of Saturn. The planet is currently positioned at 24 Sag 41 approaching the natal placement of Mercury ( 26 Sag 49)  being at the same time in the middle of the natal Moon-Uranus square ( forming sesquisquare aspects to both planets).  The basic symbolism of Saturn involves restrictions, limitations, discipline, formation of systems and structures, obstacles etc. Now, Saturn in the natal 3rd in Sagitarius ( natural 9th) conjuncting natal Mercury implies first of all that the bureaucratic character of the E.U will become even stronger in the following years. Communication within the E.U will become even slower and more difficult and decisions will need even more time to be taken. This configuration clearly states that there will be hard restrictions in the people’s movement within Europe ( Saturn conjunct Mercury in the 3rd) and hard legal limitations on issues of immigration ( Saturn in Sagittarius). The afflictions of both the Moon and Uranus by the progression of Saturn also indicate restrictions to those protecting human rights and promoting solidarity, freedom of movement etc ( pr. Saturn sesquisquare natal Uranus). At the same time financial insecurity ( pr. Saturn sesquisquare natal Moon in Taurus/8th) will continue to spread within the Union. 

configuration B

the configuration B refers to the positions of the E.U’s Ascendant and Midheaven in the last ( critical ) degrees of Virgo and Gemini respectively. The fact that the most important sensitive points in the E.U’s chart are positioned on those degrees is not coincidental at all. The E.U is a bureaucratic/ economic ( Virgo-Gemini) organisation meant to be gradually transformed to a great transnational union/family ( Libra/Cancer). The fact that the E.U didn’t manage to do this during the decades which the Ascendant was progressing through the sign of Libra ( natural 7th house=Union) is really disappointing since it implies that the E.U will continue to stay for a long time what has always been, a bureaucratic organization. 

* Notice the placement of the Full Moon of June in the last degree of Virgo ( 29 Vir 33)  in almost perfect conjunction to the Ascendant in the E.U’s chart.  As we have already said this Full Moon triggered the Solar Eclipse of March 2015 at 29 Pis 27 which took place exactly at the Descendant in the chart of the E.U. 

configuration C 

progressed Moon at 27 Gem 55 in the 9th house trines natal Jupiter at 28 Lib 35 while approaching natal Midheaven and its square to natal Ascendant. The Moon in Gemini is about dualism, in the 9th house implies a double “message”. On one hand the pr. Moon squaring the Ascendant indicates that a part of the European population ( Asc) has been emotionally alienated ( Moon square) from the Union something which become very visible by the result of the referendum in the U.K. On the other hand those same results created a wave of sympathy towards Europe by people recognizing  its great value for the world ( pr. Moon trine Jupiter in Libra/2nd house) something that was shown in  the results of the elections in Spain.

a case of ( retrograde ) Amnesia

Jacques-Michel Huret :  French architect, he attended the "Beaux-Arts" in Nancy.

In 1987, he was victim of amnesia. Thanks to his family and his friend, Charlélie Couture (singer and painter), he could slowly recover his composure. In 2013, he published a book titled:
 "I have forgotten 30 years of my life".

 case details :

- June 21, 1987, Jouy-aux-Arches, a suburb of Metz in Lorraine, 20 h 30, the  Huret couple is ensconced in the family living room. Jacques Huret set out to park his car in the garage. This is the last time he passes the front door of his home. He suddenly disappears...

The police, alerted by the next morning, organize a systematic search of the area. In vain. Grief befalls his wife Martine and their two children, Sandrine and Pierre-Henry. Two months later, all three move and begin a new life ...

Meanwhile, June 28, 1987, Paris, Seine, around 1 am, the security forces apprehend a homeless vagrant, assault on officer, and attempted escape. No documentation, it does not want or can not identify himself. Its incoherent, despite a negative test ethyl, trigger a compulsory admission procedure. Thus Jacques Huret, completely amnesiac, is taken to hospital Sainte-Anne, where it will invest, under the name of Mr. X, psychiatric services for over a year...

- The town of Nancy, one evening in 1987. Jacques-Michel Huret set out to park his car and disappeared for 6 months. The police find him without identity papers, on a park bench in Paris. His unique words are: ''I don’t know who I am.”

In the psychiatric hospital, under narcosis, the only piece of information recuperated was a first name: “Charlélie”. When Charlélie Couture, a famous singer, is asked, he vaguely remembers his friend from fine Arts Academy and gives some clues that allow Jacques-Michel Huret to find his family. But he does not recognize anybody. Neither his parents, nor his wife and children: a 6 year-old daughter and a little boy that was a year and half. The only thing he says is that his wife is pretty and that he must have had good taste!

The two of them recount throughout the pages of this book their long struggle to recover the landmarks of their life. But, despite all the love and optimism of his wife, the past remains for Jacques-Michel obstinately dumb...

Four passenger airliners were hijacked by 19 al-Qaeda terrorists so they could be flown into buildings in suicide attacks. Two of those planes, American Airlines Flight 11 and United Airlines Flight 175, were crashed into the North and South towers, respectively, of the World Trade Center complex in New York City. Within two hours, both towers collapsed with debris and the resulting fires causing partial or complete collapse of all other buildings in the WTC complex, as well as significant damage to ten other large surrounding structures. A third plane, American Airlines Flight 77, was crashed into the Pentagon (the headquarters of the United States Department of Defense), leading to a partial collapse in its western side. The fourth plane, United Airlines Flight 93, was targeted at Washington, D.C., but crashed into a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, after its passengers tried to overcome the hijackers. In total, almost 3,000 people died in the attacks, including the 227 civilians and 19 hijackers aboard the four planes. It also was the deadliest incident for firefighters in the history of the United States...

1- American Airlines Flight 11

                            

American Airlines Flight 11 was a passenger flight which was hijacked by five al-Qaeda members on September 11, 2001, as part of the September 11 attacks. They deliberately crashed it into the North Tower of the World Trade Center in New York City, killing all 92 people aboard and an unknown number in the building's impact zone. The aircraft involved, a Boeing 767-223ER, was flying American Airlines' daily scheduled morning transcontinental service from Logan International Airport, in Boston, Massachusetts ( Coordinates 42°21′47″N 071°00′23″W ) to Los Angeles International Airport, in Los Angeles, California.

 At 07:46, one minute behind scheduled take off ( 07:45) , the aircraft received clearance to push back from Gate B32, and was cleared to taxi to the runway at 07:50. The aircraft began its takeoff run from Logan International Airport at 07:59 from runway 4R...

 The 9/11 Commission estimated that the hijacking began at 08:14, when the pilots stopped responding to requests from the Boston Air Route Traffic Control Center (Boston ARTCC) The hijackers injured at least three people (possibly killing one), forcibly breached the cockpit, and overpowered the captain and first officer.  


As it began, some of the hijackers - most likely Wail al Shehri and Waleed al Shehri, who were seated in row two in first class - stabbed the two unarmed flight attendants who would have been preparing for cabin service. We do not know exactly how the hijackers gained access to the cockpit; FAA rules required that the doors remain closed and locked during flight...At the same time or shortly thereafter, Atta - the only terrorist on board trained to fly a jet - would have moved to the cockpit from his business-class seat, possibly accompanied by Omari.As this was happening, passenger Daniel Lewin, who was seated in the row just behind Atta and Omari, was stabbed by one of the hijackers....The hijackers quickly gained control and sprayed Mace, pepper spray, or some other irritant in the first-class cabin, in order to force the passengers and flight attendants toward the rear of the plane.  United Airlines Flight 175 was a passenger flight which was hijacked by five al-Qaeda terrorists on September 11, 2001, as part of the September 11 attacks. They deliberately crashed it into the South Tower of the World Trade Center in New York City, killing all 65 people aboard and an unconfirmed number in the building's impact zone. The aircraft involved, a Boeing 767–222, was flying United Airlines' daily scheduled morning transcontinental service from Logan International Airport, in Boston, Massachusetts, ( Coordinates 42°21′47″N 071°00′23″W ), to Los Angeles International Airport, in Los Angeles, California.

The flight was scheduled to depart at 08:00 for Los Angeles. Fifty-one passengers and the five hijackers boarded the 767 through Terminal C's Gate 19. The plane pushed back at 07:58 and took off at 08:14 from runway 9, as Flight 11 was being hijacked. 

 The hijacking of Flight 175 occurred between 08:42 and 08:46. According to Flight 175: As the World Watched, it's believed that "muscle hijackers" forcibly entered the cockpit and killed the pilots while the other hijackers started moving passengers and crew to the back of the aircraft. The first operational evidence that something was abnormal on Flight 175 came at 08:47, when the plane's transponder signal changed twice within the span of one minute, and the aircraft began deviating from its assigned course...at 08:51, Flight 175 changed altitude. Over the next three minutes, the controller made five unsuccessful attempts to contact Flight 175 and worked to move other aircraft in the vicinity away from Flight 175.

 Flight 175 crashed into the southern facade of South Tower of the World Trade Center (Tower 2) at 9:03:02, traveling at approximately 590 mph (950 km/h )...Onboard were 56 passengers (including the 5 hijackers) and 9 crew members, none of whom survived...

 American Airlines Flight 77 was a passenger flight which was hijacked by five al-Qaeda terrorists on September 11, 2001, as part of the September 11 attacks. They deliberately crashed it into the Pentagon near Washington, D.C., killing all 64 people on board including the five hijackers and six crew as well as 125 people in the building. The Boeing 757-223 aircraft was flying American Airlines' daily scheduled morning transcontinental service from Washington Dulles International Airport, in Dulles, Virginia ( Coordinates 38°56′40″N 077°27′21″W ) to Los Angeles International Airport in Los Angeles, California.

 Flight 77 was scheduled to depart for Los Angeles at 08:10; 58 passengers boarded through Gate D26, including the five hijackers. Excluding the hijackers, of the 59 other passengers and crew on board, there were 26 men, 22 women, and five children ranging in age from three to eleven. Flight 77 left the gate on time and took off from Runway 30 at Dulles at 8:20 am...

 The 9/11 Commission estimated that the flight was hijacked between 08:51 and 08:54, shortly after American Airlines Flight 11 struck the World Trade Center and not too long after United Airlines Flight 175 had been hijacked. The last normal radio communications from the aircraft to air traffic control occurred at 08:50:51. Unlike the other three flights, there were no reports of anyone being stabbed or a bomb threat. At 08:54, the plane began to deviate from its normal, assigned flight path and turned south. The hijackers set the flight's autopilot heading for Washington, D.C. By 08:56, the flight was turned around, and the transponder had been disabled...

 Two people on the aircraft made phone calls to contacts on the ground. At 09:12, flight attendant Renee May called her mother...During the call, which lasted nearly two minutes, May said her flight was being hijacked by six persons, and staff and passengers had been moved to the rear of the airplane... Between 09:16 and 09:26, passenger Barbara Olson called her husband and reported that the airplane had been hijacked and that the assailants had box cutters and knives. She reported that the passengers, including the pilots, had been moved to the back of the cabin and that the hijackers were unaware of her call. A minute into the conversation, the call was cut off...

 Flight 77, flying at 530 mph (853 km/h)  over the Navy Annex Building adjacent to Arlington National Cemetery,crashed into the western side of the Pentagon in Arlington County, Virginia, just south of Washington, D.C., (  Coordinates 38.87099°N 77.05596°W ) at 09:37:46, killing all 64 people on board; 53 passengers, five hijackers, and six crew.

4-United Airlines Flight 93


  was a passenger flight which was hijacked by al-Qaeda on September 11, 2001, as part of the September 11 attacks. It crashed into a field near the Diamond T. Mine in Stonycreek Township, Pennsylvania, near Indian Lake and Shanksville, during an attempt by some of the passengers to regain control, killing all 44 people aboard including the four hijackers. No one on the ground was injured. The aircraft involved, a Boeing 757–222, was flying United Airlines' daily scheduled morning domestic flight from Newark International Airport in New Jersey ( Coordinates 40°41′33″N 074°10′07″W ) to San Francisco International Airport in California.

 The aircraft was scheduled to depart at 08:00 and pushed back from gate A17 at 08:01. It remained delayed on the ground and did not take off until 08:42 because of heavy airport congestion, just four minutes before American Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center...The hijacking on Flight 93 began at 09:28.

 By this time, Flights 11 and 175 had already crashed into the World Trade Center and Flight 77 was within 9 minutes of striking the Pentagon... The cockpit voice recorder began recording the final 30 minutes of Flight 93 at 09:31:57.^...At this moment, it recorded Jarrah announcing, "Ladies and gentlemen: this is the captain. Please sit down and keep remaining seated. We have a bomb on board. So sit."

At 10:03:11, near Indian Lake and Shanksville, Pennsylvania, the plane crashed into a field near a reclaimed coal strip mine known as the Diamond T. Mine owned by PBS Coals in Stonycreek Township in Somerset County. All 44 people on board died.

reference case 2 : UPS Airlines Flight 6 was a cargo flight operated by UPS Airlines. On September 3, 2010, a Boeing 747-400 flying the route between Dubai International Airport and Cologne Bonn Airport developed an in-flight fire, with the fumes and subsequent crash resulting in the death of the two crewmembers.The aircraft had departed Dubai International earlier, but returned after reporting smoke in the cockpit. It was the first fatal air crash for UPS Airlines.

 Flight 6 departed from Dubai International ( Coordinates 25°15′10″N    055°21′52″E ) at 14:53 UTC ( 18:53 local time) and at 15:15 UTC the crew reported a fire in the cockpit when the aircraft was around 120 nautical miles (220 km) west-northwest of Dubai, and declared an emergency. The pilots were under the control of Bahrain's air traffic control, and they could not initially contact Dubai air traffic control due to a radio failure.Although they were offered a diversion to Doha, Qatar, the pilots returned to Dubai, and were instructed to land on the airport's runway 12L. The aircraft was too high on the approach and passed over the airport before making a tight turn; radar contact was lost shortly thereafter at 15:42 UTC. The aircraft crashed in an unpopulated area between the Emirates Road and Al Ain Highway, ( 25.15725°N    55.34637°E )  barely missing Dubai Silicon Oasis.

 On September 24, 2013, the GCAA released its comprehensive, 322-page report on the crash, which found “with reasonable certainty” that the fire which caused the crash originated in a cargo container which held thousands of lithium batteries...

 the fact that we have an in flight-fire, fumes in the cockpit and a subsequent crash makes this case very suitable for comparison. It is proven that in the USP Airlines Flight 6 case there was not any bad intention by the pilots or  anybody else,  it is crystal clear that it was an accident.

My opinion is that those midpoints are associated with the use of poisonous gazes or fumes caused by fire.

The big difference between the two charts is the intense involvement of the Midheaven's degree which is easily detected in the Malaysian's plane case. On the other hand the USR airlines flight 6 chart contains the Mars=Neptune/Ascendant=Neptune/Midheaven planetary picture but in terms of strength there is not comparison. The Midheaven/Neptune opposition found in the Malaysian's plane take off chart  is much more powerful and this must signify something very important. If the Midheaven represents the leader of the flight ( pilot)- as I believe- then his role in the the incident (accident ?) was crucial. But again we may simply talk for a fatal mistake while handing a dangerous situation and not for an intentional act of destruction...
