My papers are PTI white, basic black and all the dsp is from the asian stack by DCWV.
I used my EK sucess punch for the borders and i finished off the card with some bling from my stash!

....fly to the moon....
Our challenge this week on the Humble Pie Challenge blog is Flourishes! I have tons of primas that i never use!! 2010 is all about using up my stash!
I had so much fun making this card! The image was a fun one to colour! I coloured her with copics and cut it out with a nestie:)
The paper is all from my scrap drawer! Not even sure where it came from! My base is PTI white with some Kraft paper and then the DSP.
I used one of my EK sucess punches for the border and some ribbon from my stash that matched perfectly (don't you love when that happens???)
I then went searching for primas, and to my surprise i had ones that matched perfectly too (must be my day eh??)
I finished off the card with some bling in the primas and glitter on the pretty fairy!!
Be sure to play along with us as there are prizes every week and you don't need to use humble pie stamps! :) So head over to the Blog and play along!

...hey everybody rock the house...
I am so amazed that i got some cards done for this week! Things have been nuts around here!! Thank god for auto post!! lol
For my card today i pulled out this card kit was dying to try, i just love these 2 colours together, they are so pretty! And this kit was packed with fun stuff!!
I coloured Tilda with copics and cut her out with a circle nestie. I then used some of the green dsp from the kit to cut out some more circles for the back ground.
My paper is PTI white, certainly celery, and the dsp is from the kit.
For the ribbon i layered 3 pieces and then tied a bow with the 4th ribbon that was in the kit! I added a button on top too. This ribbon is hard to make nice bows with:(
These flowers came in the kit too so i layered them and added a brad that was also in the kit. I put the flower on top of some leaves that were also in the kit.
I finished off some pearls that were also in the kit!! I tell ya this is one of my fave Magnolia kits i have ever got! :) I don't know who its from, but whoever it is THANK YOU:)

Happy hump day! Hope you are having a good week:)
For my card today i used a Christmas card kit i had. I thought it was so cute!
I coloured the mice with copics and cut them out with a nestie.
My card base is PTI white, with some prism paper i had in my scrap bin. The dsp is from the kit as well.
The sentiment, ribbon and bling were also in the kit:)
So a pretty easy card to put together.
Too bad i don't have a boyfriend, this would be perfect to give him! Oh well i will give it to a happy couple i know:)

Getting back to normal...
i hope!! Today i am hoping things get back to normal at my store! We had a crazy busy weekend!! The kids go back today though so that should be good, and i guess that means that bowling starts today! Wish me luck!!
For my card i used the mojo sketch but decided to turn it around. I have had this more Tilda coloured and just sitting there staring at me. I figured i better get her made before she gets mad ;)
I coloured Tilda with copics and cut her out.
I layered some Basic Grey Phoebe line paper on some rose red and PTI white.
I added a strip to the side and some ric rac on top.
I finished off the card with some prima flowers and a bunch of Bella baubles in hot pink!
Well i hope you like my card, i am not sure about this basic grey paper...

Lindsay Thursday....
Welcome to Lindsay Thursday:) I didn't think i would get a card done but i did:) yay!
So i started with the Mojo Monday sketch, i thought the cupcake would be good in the circle.
The paper is from a card kit that i didn't like the image of but i thought the paper was fun:)
I matted all the dsp with Old Olive cardstock. The sentiment is from SU called On your Birthday. I stamped it in Pretty in Pink.
I coloured the cupcake with copics and cut it out.
Pretty easy card as i didn't have a lot of time!
Have a good Thursday and be sure to check out where the free stamp is from the DT!!!

I decided to use this Mojo sketch because it seemed to fit well. :)
I coloured Riley with Copics. I cut the panel out with square nesties. Everything came in the kit except the Soft Suede cardstock.

Stampin Out Alzheimers!!
Wow what a great idea!! My Nany Sorely (grandma) and Nany Easton (great grandma) had Alzheimers, although it wasn't really bad, it was still there. So i am more than happy to be on board with this great cause!! For a $5 donation you can sign up to enter challenges and win prizes! There is tons of them so be sure to check it out!! http://stampinoutalzheimers.ning.com/
So for my card i actually did 2 challenges ( i didn't know the mojo sketch was for it! lol). The first is the sketch and the second is called 2 by 2. You have to use 2 colours (brown and pink) and 2 kinds of embelishments (but no more!)
Well since i have to make some Christmas cards for a swap i am in i decided to use my Taylored Expressions cuppies for this card.
I used PTI white and chocolate chip for my base. The patterened paper is by Dream Street papers and its called forever family.
I coloured the cuppie with copics and inked the edges with chocolate chip ink. I then found this cool pink and brown ribbon in my stash and used it. I stamped Very merry (from short and sweet SU) in chocolate chip and finished off the corners with some bling.
It was a pretty easy card! I love these cuppies!! I need to order more!!
Well i hope you are having a great Tuesday! Sorry i didn't post yesterday, i was pretty busy! I will be super busy this week too with Salad training at work (McDonalds are getting some amazing salads! yum!). Wish me luck!!

Elzybells Swap card....
So i thought i was really going to HATE this card, and guess what...i kinda like it:) Here is the story...my neice Amanda came home from college a few weeks ago and asked if there was anything i needed help with. I really didn't have anything going on, so i asked her to colour some elzybells for a swap i am in. Stupid me should have told her not to colour with purple..ugh...and she used Orchid Opulence of all colours...ugh...
So i go digging around in my papers, no purple...finally i found some in my scrapbox and found enough paper to make 4 cards. I used Basic Black to compliment the Orchid Opulence. I found some paper with black flowers on it too.
I decided that this Mojo sketch would work well. I also found some ribbon and i even had primas that matched! Crazy eh??
I cut her out with Nesties and popped her up and we have a card.
Well its month end...ugh...wish me luck...i really hate counting all that crap every month...but it has to be done i guess...only today and 2 more shifts until i am on VACATION!!! woo hoo!!!

rub a dub dub...monkey in the tub
Wow aren't these card kits amazing?? I will stop using them eventually but i have lots of them ;) I have no idea where this image is from, i *think* its an elzybells but i could be wrong. The sketch is an old mojo sketch, its our challenge over on wish rak to use it. I used it once before, but i like this card better!
This card was pretty simple...funny story though...I put on liquid applicate for the soap, and crystal effects for the bubbles...well did you know that crystal effects goes bubbly when heated?? LOL but it kinda looks neat! It gives it a more authentic bubble look! ha ha I even put some on the liquid applicate stuff so it bubbled too!!
Well i hope you like my little monkey:) Check out this awsome blog candy HERE:)

Whoo, Whoo.....
Bah, aren't these owls soooooooo cute?? Yes another card kit!
Really they are addicting!!! So easy to put a card together when everything is already in it for ya!!
I decided to start with an old Mojo sketch that i haven't used yet. I thought this image would go well with it:)
I coloured my owls with copics and even remembered to take a picture for you to see:) I have a mixture of copics (ciaos and sketches so its a little harder to take a good picture!)

I used some tiny twinkles from Taylored Expressions for the center of the flowers on the hats...man these are TINY!! My hands are a bit to shakey for them...but i did it. I then decided to use some googlie eyes i had in my stash..i love how they are all different colours!
I am not sure what paper this is, but i love it:) I corner rounded the ends. I also cut out the sentiment free hand, not bad eh???
Well i hope you like my little owl card! :) Have a great day!!

Mojo Monday Sketch:)
Its a Mojo Monday Sketch and another card kit! This was the April kit from Patti! She always sends us so much stuff!! This time she sent...the image, dsp (3 different kinds) and ribbon. I thought this image would be perfect for the Mojo Monday sketch. I just had to flip it!
I coloured the House Mouse image with copics and used my gelly roll pen to add some glitter on the top of the cupcake. I tried to take a close up shot, but really i need a new camera! ug h!! That is my next purchase for sure!! Thanks to Karen and Dana i will be getting a great camera!
I decided to use all the papers on this one and lots of layers. I really don't like Orchid Opulence, but i used it because it was in
one of the papers.
I cut them out with nesties and used the SU set On your Birthday for the sentiment. I finished it off with some CTMH sparkles on the top and a piece of ribbon on the bottom.
Hope you are having a great Saturday! I am working all weekend:( BOO HOO!! I spent all night last night cleaning/organizing my craft area!! UGH!! I feel so much better though:) I even cleaned off my computer desk!! Phew!! Tonight i am going out with the girls! My friend Crystal is here from Red Deer AB, so we are going to go have some cocktails and catch up!!!
