christmas

this year was a pretty good year for christmas. christmas eve we had a good spread of appitizers for dinner and watched movies and read the christmas story to the kids. after getting them to bed it was getting everything wrapped and put together. we played a funny joke on the kids this year too. christmas morning they woke up to nothing but a bowl of coal under the tree with a note from "santa". we told them in the note that sometimes all santa brings is coal and that they needed to better and not fight so much or be mean to each other. then wyatt realized it was coreys handwritting and the joke was up. we put everyone is our room and then brought christmas up from the office. we had a good day with lots of games to play with. it was good day. then we ended it with a turkey that corey smoked in his smoker. it was yummy. it has also been fun to have corey home and to be able to see lots of family.
