Cheeky Birthday Card in Fun Cheery Colours

Hello ,

Today I have prepared a cheery birthday card for you.

For me April means a month full of birthdays.

I have stamped this beautiful stamp from The Greeting Farm (cheeky birthday) with wicked black hybrid ink onto Perfect Colouring Paper.

And have started to color her skin, this combination caught my eye during a coloring video and wanted to give it a go too.

Yes it starts with a dark purple, V 17...

In the video I show all steps of the colouring of the whole card ..

STEP BY STEP COLORING VIDEO

Here it seems she is floating in the air, so I have added something to sit on with my Copic multiliner.

You can see what I did , just two simple lines which were coloured with Copic and I have also added a sentiment from another set from The Greeting Farm called warm wishes.

Here gifts are pilling up, did some masking.

In order to add a piece of design paper on the bottom I have fussy cut the left side, just along the line and her legs. 

Now it is easy to add the design paper  and glue it onto the Perfect Colouring Paper.

Hello Copic fans!

 It's keren here today from springlike Israel
with a new fresh and yummy project.

My boss celebrated her birthday yesterday

therefore I made her this embellished cupcake.

I used the digital image Girl with Sign
made by Mo's digital pencil, 

 which I adore her stamps.

I taped the image on a Straw

and fixed it upon the cupcake as a topper.

hier ist heute Keren mit einem neuen Copic-Projekt.

I was thinking about it… when I'm buying a stamp or an image, 

I tend to use it only once, and than I buy some more, and use them...

you guessed it right... only once. 

As if, there is only one way to use the image.

Ich habe darüber nachgedacht...wenn ich einen Stempel oder ein Motiv kaufe, neige ich dazu, es nur ein Mal zu verwenden, dann kaufe ich weitere, verwende sie...ihr ratet richtig, wieder nur ein Mal.
Als ob es nur einen Weg gäbe, ein Motiv zu verwenden.

So I decided to color an image I colored before, and give it a different look, 

as much as I can.

Ich habe mich entschieden, ein Motiv zu kolorieren, das ich schon einmal koloriert habe, und ihm ein so anderes Aussehen zu geben, wie ich kann.

Last year, for my October post, here at the CME blog, I made a birthday card 

since October is my birthday month.

Letztes Jahr im Oktober habe ich hier für den CME-Blog eine Geburtstagskarte gemacht, denn der Oktober ist mein Geburtstags-Monat.

The card came up looking a bit sad. 

I cynically considered to call my post by the name:
It's my party, and I'll cry if I want to. 

The truth is, that's how I actually felt at that time.

Die Karte sah etwas traurig aus.
Ich habe zynisch überlegt die Karte 
Es ist meine Party und ich weine, wenn ich es will
zu nennen. Um ehrlich zu sein, habe ich mich damals so gefühlt.

A year has passed, and I feel so much different since then. 

I wanted to take the same image and give it a happy sense.

Ein Jahr ist vergangen und ich fühle mich jetzt ganz anders. Daher wollte ich das gleiche Motiv nehmen und ihm ein glückliches Aussehen geben.

In the wind of change, 

 I used this time colors I don't often use, 

and mixed colors not only by their natural family.

I had a lot of fun mixing them and seeing how it's all came up together.

Bei dieser Veränderung habe ich Farben verwendet, die ich selten verwende, und habe sie nicht nur innerhalb ihrer Farbfamilie kombiniert.
Ich hatte viel Spaß dabei, sie zu kombinieren und zu sehen, wie sich alles zusammenfügt.
