I love these pictures of George Lazenby and Diana Rigg during the filming of the 1969 James Bond film On Her Majesty's Secret Service. I hope you enjoy these photos as well. All the photos feature George and Diana. The last one also features director Peter Hunt and producer Albert "Cubby" Broccoli. Let me know what you think of these photos.
One of my favorite James Bond films of all time is On Her Majesty's Secret Service from 1969. This is the only film to star George Lazenby as 007. I actually think he held up pretty well under the unenviable task of stepping into Sean Connery's shoes as Bond. The film also features one of my favorite Bond girls in Diana Rigg as Tracy. I could see why Bond fell in love with her. Critics and fans tend to still be divided on Lazenby as Bond and the film itself. I think it's a shame he never played Bond again. For those who have seen this film, what do you think of it? What do you think of Lazenby as Bond?
Here is the title sequence for the film. I love the theme song for the movie. It's instrumental which is quite the departure from the rest of the franchise.
Here's a video someone made featuring We Have All The Time In The World by Louis Armstrong, which is the love theme of the movie. This is such a beautiful song.
