Congrats to......

First of all, I want to say "Thank You" to all who visited, and to all who left wonderful messages in my blog.  It really feels nice to be able to read them.  And just want to tell you that "I really miss you all" - to all my scrapbooking friends back home...
Now, on to the winners....

Penrith Papercrafts Festival 2010 and an Awesome News!

Last Saturday, I had a chance to go to the Penrith Papercraft Festival!!!  Thanks to my every supportive husband who drove me all the way there and took care of Harvey despite of some office work he has to attend to that day - HUGS!!!!
Here are some pics during the day....
I really enjoyed the event!!! So many eye-candies, demos plus I also got the chance to meet some online friends in real life.  It was really exciting.

The very nice Lisa Warren from Scrapware.  So glad to finally meet you too!!! Really hope I can join one of your crop nights!!!

Next is a photo of my 2 boys... who waited for me patiently... thanks!!! Mwah! You 2 are the best!

Guest Designer for March @ Scrapbooksavvy!!!

I'm so proud and honored to be guest designing for Scrapbook Savvy this month of March!!! Remember this post? I got their February He's Savvy kit and joined their Kit competition and I was so lucky to have won the spot!!! You can view the announcement here. Thanks Sar and the Savvy team for choosing me.

Scrappy Blessings...

Its great to be able to scrap again... Actually, I really need to scrap to keep myself from feeling sad and depressed. The difficulties that accompanies adjusting to a new country is taking its toll on me these past few days again... how i really wish I can cope with everything thats going on in an instant. But, I'm ok... I'm just praying that things will get better for me.

Since I'm scrapping again... I have been receiving some scrapping blessings these past few days which motivates me more to do even better.

Here is one...I have been invited to create a mini book project for their product challenge. It will be featured in the upcoming issue of Scrapbooking Memories Vol.12 No.4. I was so excited and so honored creating this mini album for them. Thank you SBM!!! I hope you all would watch out for it.

2nd... I tried to apply for a design team spot at Nikki Sivils.I did not get a DT spot but i was still so happy having my name on the Honorable Mention's List!!! You can view the announcement here. I would like to congratulate my fellow Pinays who is also on the list... Janis Medina, Sarah De Guzman amd LG Belarmino.

I joined Kaisercrafts Sketch Challenge for January. And guess what?! I won!!! Yahoo!!! Read the announcement here.

and yesterday, i received my prize!!! It contains the newest line of Kaisercrafts which is the Devonshire. Thank you Kaisercrafts!!!3rd... I have created this for Kayla's Color Challenge at Scrapbook Savvy. The challenge was to use Violet - Orange and Aqua on a page... Here was my take...Title: Jolly as ever

An Altered Project and a Layout...

Hello!!! hope all my blog readers are doing fine... CHA is just around the corner and it has been fun blog hopping to see all the wonderful products that are being released this season. Can't wait to get my hands on them and play!!!
I had been busy with a scrapping project these past few days... sorry I cant share anything else regarding it. But once its ok... of course I will share them here... I hope you will all watch out for it.
Tomorrow, I will be working on my blog header as part of my Blog Overhaul and of course a few scrapping projects.
On to the project sharing.... I have made this altered wooden box for a competition series over at Artypants. And I won Dt's Choice on this... here is my wooden box project...Our challenge is to make a container for some scrapbook materials.

A Couple of Projects to Share....

I still have a few layouts to share.... and I will be posting them one or two at a time each day... I'm in the process of fixing my blog and I have to make sure that my posts are updated too!!!

To start my layout sharing....
I have created this page for a competition series. Actually, this is my entry for round 1 for Artypants. I won most number of public votes for this page. And I would like to say "Thank you" to everyone who took time to vote for my entry.

and of course, there are plenty of scraps from creating this page... so i have created this colorful birthday card.and last... remember my sewing machine?! I got a few small pieces of fabric the other day. and look what I have made!!! I know its a super simple sewing project, but its really an achievement for me!!! I gave this to my husband who was so happy I was able to make a cellphone pouch hihi! Actually he is already using it!!! I really hope to learn how to sew bags and clothes using gorgeous printed fabrics... still have to practice!!!

Getting another year older....

Whew, another year has past. I'm now a year older but doesn't feel like it. Just wanna thank everyone who remembered and greeted me today. Hugs to you all!!

We have nothing fancy planned for today. We are postponing it because it was raining the whole time outside. We just went to attend Sunday mass to give thanks for all the blessing He has given me. We also passed by KFC to buy food so that I can relax without having to worry of what am I going to cook for our day's meal.

Now to the scrappy side of things....
This morning, when I woke up, I received an email from Susan of Scrap the Boys. My layout entitled MY ANGEL was one of the 2 winners in their December challenge!!!Wow what a way to start the year!!! I have won a GC from 3 Angels Scrapping!!! yehey!!!

Another scrappy update... December was my last month as DT for Mystical Scrapbooks. Mystical has been my home for more than a year... and as my term ends, I will forever be grateful to the opportunity of working as a dt for Donna and the whole Mystical community. And for my last layouts for Mystical... I have created 2 layouts filled with My Little Shoebox goodies. Here they are...close up..
