super mum-rah...

my little lady is so kick ass. she has been working hard and has done a few sprint distance triathlons. this was her race... instead of a bunch of us competing with her she did this one all on her own. it was wicked hot... they ran out of water on the run but she pressed on and ended up finishing first in her age group... you are so awesome momma. we are so proud of her.
