Ty @ 5 months

Happy Happy 5 month old! Tyler is still holding on for happiest baby of the year award. He giggles so much, especially at his sister. You can tell he loves her a lot. We headed to the doctor today and here are his stats:

Weight... 17 lbs 7 oz
Height... 27"
Head Circumference... 43.1 cm

Arizona

Since Colten headed to Arizona without us (my choice), my parents drove the kids and I down to Scottsdale the weekend before our big long 9 week journey came to a close. We left Friday night after my mom got off of work and drove the whole way down that night. Aside from Ty crying from St. George to Mesquite, the trip went really smooth. Both kids fell asleep between Mesquite and Vegas and stayed asleep the rest of the way. We enjoyed the beautiful weekend with my parents by going down to take a peak at the brand new Gilbert, AZ Temple (dedicated the next day), stopping by Bass Pro Shops, followed up by a yummy dinner at Outback Steakhouse. 

My parents headed back the next day and we followed them north until Sedona, AZ where we went and did a little hiking. It was beautiful.

Colten and I (+ the kids) went to celebrate an 8 week weight loss competition that we just finished. Mmmmmm... Ice Cream!

Randi and her kids came down and spent the following weekend at Ward's parents. We went to the Butterfly wonderland and then spent two days swimming at the apartment pool. 

Arizona was beautiful and fun and I'm sad it only lasted a week, however, it sure was nice getting back home to Minnesota!
