Gift Card Holder SVG cutting file for your e-cutting machine at Doodle Pantry!

Hello Everyone!

I can't believe Christmas is only 24 days away!
I love making Christmas presents and I am busily working away in my workshop each and every day!
I homeschool my girls, so I have to create a workshop so I can work as they work.  I have a Christmas curtain hung around my craft table to create a workshop.  The girls were so excited when it went up this last weekend!  LOL!

This month I decided we needed a gift card holder....
Perfect for Christmas, birthday, or any occasion!

Gift Card Holder

This gift card holder was created to frame out any digital image quickly and easily!

Take a look at how this goes together:

 Now wasn't that easy?????

Let's take a look at some of the samples for this SVG file:

In this sample,  I have put a sentiment in the window so the gift card does not show.

This sample, has the window left open to show the gift card.

Don't you just love this new digital image from Doodle Pantry!
It is one of my favorites!
It is called Wrapping It Up.

Place scavenger hunt clues in the pouches to create a scavenger hunt!

Maybe all of you can come up with some more ideas!

Here is a close up of the box with the pouches.....

Remember that you can enlarge and reduce the pouches to fit your needs.

The frames on the pouches allow you to layer your hand trimmed digital images for a beautifully finished look!

The "bill board" on the box is also a frame for you to layer your images in!
The oval for your sentiments is a separate frame for layering.

Wagon SVG

by Lori McCroskey

This little wagon is so easy to make and makes the perfect "gift box" for any occasion!

Let's take a look at some samples with this set:

In this photo, my little wagon is holding my card set made with Card Cut 5 SVG and Doodle Pantry's Wagon Hellos 1 & 2.  Make sure to hop over to the store to check those out!

Here's a little closeup of my wagon's cargo!

Your envelopes and cards fit quite nicely in this little wagon!

The digital images for these cards can be found at the below links at Doodle Pantry:

Below are a few closeups of my little wagon......

I've added a little brad to the center of this wheel to really make it pop!

Here is a side view of my little wagon.

My teen daughter, who is learning to scrapbook, looked at the set and said she needed the wagon sides as a border for her horse page.....looks good to me!

Here are some samples by the Debbie Foster using the wagon as a little Easter wagon!
I think they turned out so cut!

Aren't the jelly beans cute in it?
They almost look like coal or something!
Very cute!

A fun and easy Gift Idea

Even though the store is not cooperating we are still having fun and going along with our normal schedule of Technique Tuesday....but in my case it is more like Gift Idea Tuesday!! Yes, I'm back to offer ways of making fun stuff with Clearly Digi Stamps. Today we are making CUTE notepads that will fit easily in your purse or can be given away as a gift.

It is the end of the school year so I'm sure you have a gift list for teachers, bus drivers, graduates, etc. So hopefully you can cross a few people off the list by making a couple of these simple notepads.

So let's get started!
1. Go to a local office supply store and have them cut the paper pads in half.

2. Cut your base paper (5 3/8" wide x 8" long) out of cardstock or double sided patterned paper.
3. Lay your pad of paper on the edge of the paper and make a pencil mark so you know where to score.
4. Score on your pencil mark and then 1/4 inch from that.
5. Decorate the front of the cover. I used Baking Bear Digital Stamp since I wanted this to be a shopping list note pad. This adorable digital paper is included in the stamp which made it super easy because everything already matched!
*note* I ran the image through a Xyron sticker maker so the whole back is covered and hopefully the edges wont come up. I also used the laminate cartridge so the top is laminated and the bottom is sticky.
6. To put the ribbon on I cut slits in the front and back of the cover. This will keep the ribbon on the book even when it is untied. I used an x-acto knife and ruler.
7. Since the slit area isn't very pretty I decorated it to cover it up!
8. Now speaking of pretty we need to make the paper pad pretty! Cut a piece of paper that will cover the top of the paper pad. This paper pad is perforated so it will tear below where we are putting the pretty paper.
9. I used 1/2 inch scor-tape to place the patterned paper on the paper pad.
10. Now stick 1/2 inch scor-tape on the back of the paper pad so it can be adhered to the bottom of the cover.
11. Tie it together and your done!! Easy as that!

Here are a few more examples!

I cut this one wider to fit the pen on the right side.

I would love to hear your thoughts on my gift idea! Oh and if you make some please leave me a link...I would love to see them. If you have any questions about this post please ask and I will do my best to answer.
Don't forget to come back on Friday for a Special Digital Stamp Release and Challenge!
