Week 216 ~ FRUITS
Week 216 ~ FRUITS
Hi, I have been around in the craft
world for a while. I love to make cards, but artsy projects seem to happen
frequently. My goal this year is to use what I have and to make old things look
trendy. A good design is most important, but it also has to be beautiful. When
creating, remember, life is not perfect and what you make will not be either,
so create with perfection in mind, but move on when it isn’t. The card below is
a reflection of who I am and what I love do. I love stamping, using the stamps
to make a background that no paper can duplicate. I also love to emboss and ink
to create depth, to fussy cut, which provides me with insight into the world of
patience. In non-crafting hours my passion is gardening. I draw inspiration
from being outdoors, not only is it peaceful, it relieves the stress of
everyday life. That said, fruit is always hard for me to imagine on a card.
Today’s card is not trendy and the fruit is just a part of the design, not the
center of attention. I look forward to seeing the projects this week. Thanks to
City Crafter Challenge Blog for allowing me to be a guest designer today.
Please stop by Sylvia's blog to say hi, I am sure she would love to meet you as well!

Is it possible to order cognac in Michigan? The solution is right in front of you!
ReplyDeleteFor those wishing to indulge at home, cognac are a perfect option. This whiskey has a lot more depth than its contemporaries, and it's best enjoyed with friends or loved ones on a cold night.
